About this property

Panoramic Ocean Views & Stunning Sunsets

Now accepting 2025 dates. 7 night minimum between Memorial Day and early September.
Experience unobstructed ocean and lagoon views from the living room, dining room, and our beautifully renovated kitchen!

Villa 4 is 3 Bedroom/3 Bath and sleeps 6.

Our 3 bedrooms include: 
A King Main Suite; a 2nd bedroom that can be configured as a King or two Twins at your direction; and a loft-style 3rd bedroom on our upper level, also with the option of either a cozy King or two Twin Beds. All bedrooms have full baths. The loft bedroom opens to an upper deck with Ocean, Lagoon, and Golf Course views. (Tip: The loft deck is a great spot for stargazing, especially in the cooler months).
                       
A Bald Head Island Country Club Temporary Membership is available for separate purchase directly from The Club, if desired. The Bald Head Island Club is adjacent to the Villas and includes an award-winning 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, workout facility, and a seasonal aquatic center (swimming pools, splash pad, and poolside bar/dining), croquet, playground, plus casual and fine dining options. Kids' camps (summer) and babysitting can be arranged through the Bald Head Island Club.
 
Other Villa 4 amenities include:
• Two nice four-person golf carts
• Weber Gas Grill
• Four adults’ and two children’s bikes
• Internet TV and Wireless Internet 
•. Beach Chairs, a beach umbrella, and sand toys

Great sunset location on beach

Lovely place, quiet and clean. No better location to see glorious sunsets, either on beach or unobstructed from big kitchen windows or deck. We appreciate that it is decorated but not so covered with lttle items that we can’t unpack.

Great Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. The location is central on the island and directly across the road from beach access. Everything about the property was great and we will definitely return to it when visiting Bald Head Island in the future.

Great Villa

We had a great week in Villa 4. It is nicely updated and the sunset views are amazing! The golf carts are in good shape too, some of the nicest we’ve had at rentals. Kathy was responsive and a great host.

Great family retreat with incredible views. Host has gone above and beyond to add everything a family might need. Toys for little ones, beach chairs, lots of kitchen items. Highly recommend.

Beautiful long weekend on BHI

Relaxing beach weekend

What a great place to stay! Outstanding! It was so relaxing to sit on the porch and listen to the ocean. The beach was a quick walk to the other side of the street. The place itself was clean and appointed with everything we needed. The host was very helpful through the entire process. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful condo! Plenty of space for our family of 6. Clean, bright, airy, and really comfortable beds! Every type of kitchen amenity you could need if you want to cook. Plenty of beach chairs and toys. Golf carts were great. 10/10 would definitely rent this spot again!

Fabulous ocean views and beach access, along with a convenient location to the BHI Club. . The renovated kitchen and updated furnishings in the main level are nice! Would suggest some updating in the loft bedroom and bath. Nice golf carts and plenty of bikes and beach items.

Perfect piece of Paradise

My sister and I stayed in this property for a week. It was a beautiful spot...especially to watch the sunset and to see the stars. It was hard to leave the porch with the 2 rocking chairs and the view of South Beach. The house has been updated and is very nice. They have tons of towels and beach towels and, in the garage, there was everything you need to have a good time...beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, shovels, etc and there are 2 nice golf carts. I can't say enough about this little piece of Paradise. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful villa in perfect location with amazing views!

Our family loved our week-long stay in "Saltwater Heals"! This villa is in the perfect location to explore all BHI has to offer. With the beach directly across the path from the villa, we spent most of our time there enjoying the sand and surf. We also enjoyed many meals on the deck while admiring some pretty amazing sunsets. The BHI club is only a short walk/cart ride away, which was convenient for us and provided our two young children with even more outdoor fun with the large pool, water slides, and splash pad. The villa is well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and truly felt like a home away from home for us. The owner, Beth, was super responsive and incredibly helpful. She deserves five stars for being an awesome host! Our family highly recommends "Saltwater Heals" and looks forward to staying again. We fell in love with BHI during this vacation and can't wait to return!

Perfect

This was our second time renting Villa 4 and it was wonderful- again! It’s a beautiful place with a beautiful view. Riding bikes, playing on the beach, and going for walks on Bald Head is so relaxing and enjoyable. Perfect place for families.

Why they chose this property

We all fell in love with Bald Head Island for the quiet, relaxing atmosphere, the diverse wildlife, and the natural beauty. Every environment is uniquely special, but the Villas were always a favorite neighborhood for us because of the central island location, proximity to South Beach, and proximity to the BHI Club. Our Villa 4 is extra-special because of the water views! The ocean view is unobstructed and panoramic, plus we have a front seat to incredible sunsets and the villa lagoon. Even on a cold or wet day, we have beautiful outdoor sights and sounds to keep our souls joyful and at peace.
