With approximately 1,450 square feet of living space, this comfortable two bedroom, two bath first floor condominium offers beautiful views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large patio. Fully appointed kitchen includes eat-in breakfast area, microwave, dishwasher, 12 cup coffee pot, Keurig, and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Spring break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have come to Martinique for years for spring break with many other families... It is an amazing place for our kids to all hang out and have fun and we can be with good kids who are not causing trouble... However, Martinique seems to be over the top With their security and patrolling system and has seemingly made it their effort to Mayberry-size our experienced by trying to follow our kids around and accuse them of things they’re not doing... The police were even called by a lady because someone rang her doorbell and she said that they were trying to break in when really ta couple of boys (not mine)were trying to find someone and were at the wrong house. Subsequently my child was getting back.from being gone, and the police stopped he and his friends and basically accused them of breaking into her house, when literally they had just pulled into the neighborhood and had no idea what he was talking about... On several occasions, the management called some of the people in our group trying to identify people from other Properties and wanting them to look at video footage of someone that left their wallet and identify who they if we had anything to do with it. They were constantly giving tickets to people who put their golf carts over the lines when they parked, etc.. I am all for a safe and peaceful experience, but they are over the top. As far as our condo went it is a cute-ish place but the icemaker did not work, I went outside to use the brand new grill at the condos and the guy told me it didn’t work because it has a sensor when the wind blows and it won’t stay lit and he told me you’ll just have to make them in your oven, I guess... Which is not the experience I was going for at the beach. Our key fob to the workout room did not work. When the air would come on in the condo it smelled really weird. We had no beach chairs to use at the beach, even though my friend rented the same condo and they had several beach chairs then. We stil

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Martinique on the Gulf. We were there for our Spring Break along with a few other families from our area. The property is lovely. Our specific condo (105 West) was great. Very comfortable and nicely appointed. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. The only downside is that the property was doing maintenance on the main pool (closest to the beach) while we were there, so the kids had to swim in the other pool which was not as close to our condo or the beach. Hopefully when we return next spring the pool maintenance will not be going on.

Memorial Day weekend

We fell in love with Martinique. Been coming to Gulf Shores for 30 years but have never stayed out Fort Morgan road and I loved it. I loved the landscape combined with the beach. My husband has MS & can only do ground floor. 105 west was perfect. The morning bunny watch was an added bonus. We will be back!

Family vacation

For second year in a row, it didn’t meet our expectations. The sleeper sofa still had dirty sheets on it and some plates were dirty. Also, the condo above us was being renovated and the sound was unbearably loud and the workers would smoke on the balcony which prevented us from enjoying our patio. We also were not given a fitness room key.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th trip to Martinique. We’ve come for a weeks stay during the summer every 2 years since 2016. We always enjoy our stays. Excellent accommodations and service and location. This year was notably more expensive than other years which was somewhat expected given the economy. I will say that for the time it took to travel from Kentucky by car, cost of gas, and then food (we mostly shop grocery stores and use the kitchen/dinning in the home) — the final cost came close to an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico. We are thrilled to have stayed and certainly considering returning for 2024.

You can tell it has been updated. Too many of the units have not been. We would certainly want to stay in this unit again. My only suggestion- we only had three face towels for two bathrooms. The unit was very clean but somehow the cushions on the dining room chairs were not clean - were full of sand
