Newly painted, kitchen remodeled, elegantly furnished and redecorated in 2019. Contemporary and sleek furniture, entertainment center with televisions, high top dining area with 4 chairs and 2 bar stools next to kitchen granite counter top. Brand New Keurig added for your coffee pleasures. The Gulf Front master bedroom has a King-size bed with an en suite bathroom, full walk in closet and steps away onto your private balcony. The bunk room includes two twin-size beds, TV, DVD player and a folding door to provide privacy. The second full bathroom is convenient for additional guests comfort. We are located at Aqua Condominium which is one of the most spectacular developments on Panama City Beach. Starting September 2024 through March 2025, the Aqua COA will begin balcony resurfacing of all rental units ending in 06 through 11. During this time, you may not have access to your balcony and most window views may be obstructed. To determine if your balcony may be impacted in this timeframe, please contact us and we can review the estimated schedule. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. We had never stayed here but we really loved the condo. It was spacious for a 1 bedroom. It was clean and the view was absolutely breathtaking! The elevators were very fast and the location was great. I want to give a big thank you to the security guard who was very helpful and friendly. We booked through Aronov and had a really good experience. My only negative was the master bed was not that comfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that it was awesome! We will return.

Then they closed the elevators we were using and opened the other side. WoW!! Other than that we had a nice time.

Aqua Unit 1610
We had a great experience overall, everything seemed very clean except a couple plates, nothing major. We were a little surprised at the amount/size of pillows on a king size bed and there wasn’t a comforter. We bought two pillows and a blanket. Also, our unit came with beach chair/umbrella service and those were probably the least helpful group of boys I’ve ever encountered. We were on the beach three days and were never even spoken to. I asked them to raise my umbrella once because I was holding my sleeping 3 month old and her daddy had gone up to the room for something we forgot and they just told me there was really nowhere to position the umbrella to provide shade. Her daddy came back down and raised the umbrella in the exact spot it was standing, and we had instant shade over one of our chairs.

Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a baseball tournament/vacation for the family. From day one nothing went right with this place. The electricity went off four different times during our stay for multiple hours, the air conditioners went off multiple times even when we had electricity, multiple elevators were broken and we even got stuck in one for a little while. Aqua did give us a small refund but the trip was a nightmare. The electricity was not off anywhere else other than aqua itself so this was not a city or even street wide issue. Everything in the surrounding area still had power while we did not. There is also no access to the lobby so there’s no one to try to talk to you have to call and try to wait on hold to get to talk to anyone about any situation that you’re having trouble with.

This condo was located on the 16 floor and had the most amazing views! The furniture was super cute and newer modern. The property manager we spoke with was very helpful and actually got us in a day earlier than had expected. My only complaint would be the bathrooms and a few other areas could use an update. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The shower had mildew in it and one of the sinks in the bathroom was stopped up.

Took about an hour and a half to get an elevator while waiting on the skywalk. There was no way we could all walk up the stairs. Floors were sandy/dirty/hairy. Kids bunks had sand in the sheets. Showers were not clean. Suprised it was this bad when you have to be out by 9 and cant check in until 5pm!!!! Elevators the rest of the week were spotty, you learned quick what hours not to use them. The "luxury" accomodations are nothing like the website shows when it comes to the pool/facilities. The boardwalk is straight up scary with lose and uneven boards and no easy way to get the beach cart up and down. Only one plus is the view!!!
