Thank you for considering our condo for your next trip to Lake of the Ozarks! Our spacious condo has everything you need to feel right at home.

We are located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular Ledges Condo Complex. There are two swimming pools to enjoy. One that you can see from the balcony & one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view of the main channel! There is also a sandy beach that is on a calm cove.

IfF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE, please ask about our condo that is conveniently located right next door to this condo! It is a 3 bedroom + loft/ 3 bath condo and we also have a 2 bedroom/2 bath on located on the main channel.

Enjoy the extra beds and space this condo offers. Although the condo has a maximum number of 12, the extra beds offer a configuration that can allow more people to sleep in their own bed. This is helpful for groups of golfers or anyone who enjoys having their own space.

There are two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a large loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has two full beds and adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the spacious loft has one queen bed, two full beds, and two twin-top bunk beds. In the loft, there is also a half bathroom.

We offer free wifi :)

If you are bringing little ones, you are welcome to use the playpen, high chair and bedrail at the condo. There are also plenty of movies, toys and board games for family fun!

You can use the gas grill that is on the balcony overlooking one of two pools at the Ledges.

If you are bringing a boat, we have a 10' x 30' covered boat slip available for rent for $25/night. It has decking for a vboat. A pontoon 25’ or less will also fit here.

Incredible Vacation!!!

I think the host undersold this in the listing:). There were 9 of us and everyone felt they had their own space. It was clean, stocked, and super comfortable. We could see the pool from the balcony, as well as the lake. Jennifer was quick to respond to the couple questions I had, reached out to me to let me know there was a water issue in the community so there was a boil order in effect and even offered to comp us a case of water if needed (we had plenty!). Quick access to everything we wanted to see on our trip, and 4 minutes from where we could rent a boat! 11/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! When we return we would love to stay here again ❤️

Great Location!

Our family enjoyed Lake of the Ozarks/Osage Beach for the 2nd year in a row! Jen was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo has plenty of room with the loft area. We had 5 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space without feeling crowded! The kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. The beach access area was wonderful for the kids and the condo location was very close to everything! We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Family get away

Our family appreciated the amount of beds and bathrooms the property offered. We were able to make some meals in the unit, but we were also close enough to drive to many great restaurants.

Lots and lots of stairs

The condo was perfect, the whole family was comfortable. We were a group of 9 and never felt crowded. It wasn't as close to the lake we were hoping for. The condo is on the 3rd floor and not lakeside. Be prepaired for stairs. By the time you leave the condo and get to the lake it is about 7 stories. Going down was not a problem but going up was a true workout.

Amazing!!

We rented this for fathers day weekend. It fit us perfectly. 6 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child and an infant. Great location. 4th floor was a little hard for the older folks but the place itself was juat what we needed. Will stay again!!

I can’t say enough about Jen and Ken! This is our 2nd time here and the same treatment as the first experience. EXCELLENT!!!! The property is fantastic and plenty of room. Very relaxing nice scenery

We had a family of 12 and had plenty of room and ken and Jen were really nice people we would recommend a large group to stay at this condo even it rained one day we were there we still found things to do there was all kinds of shopping to do

Great condo!

Weekend Get-Together

We had a girls get-together at the lake for shopping, visiting, and just catching up with some members of a service organization. We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for accomodating us all in one location so we could stay up late playing games, catching the Mizzou game on TV, and just enjoying being together. There was plenty of room so we didn't feel cramped for space. We had three little boys with us and they had a ball playing with the toys that the owners had left in a closet for our use. The owners were very gracious in working with us in getting the rental set up and arranging the deposit on rather short notice with a couple of complications on our end. I would highly recommend renting from them and would do so again should we decide to come back to the Lake of the Ozarks for another get-together. The condo had a nice view of the lake, but was also very close to Osage Beach shopping, restaurants, etc.

This condo was used for an 8th Grade class trip. 8 students and 5 adults stayed here. Everything was just great, the kids would have been content to spend the entire week at the condo and not leave. The adults especially liked being able to see the kids at the pool from the outside deck. Everything was clean and very nice! Would definetely recommend this condo to others!

Beautiful Condo

We rented this condo for a weekend of shopping and dining out. There was PLENTY of space for all of us. The owners were easy to work with. We all enjoyed a wonderful stay, despite the 100+ degree temperatures. Thank you so much. We will definitely keep you in mind for next year's trip.

Birthday Weekend

I waited until the very last minute to find a place at the lake for my son's birthday at Big Surf. Then I found this site and Jennifer was so wonderful on letting me make the reservations on such short notice and helped me out so much. The place was great, lots of room and absolutely everything you need in case you have forgotten something, including some toys for kids. Thank goodness since that was one thing I forgot to bring. We liked the location because it was pretty close to Big Surf and to places like WalMart, grocery stores, etc. Our whole group will come back to this condo again. Thanks Jennifer!!!!

Lofts with a view

We rented both lofts for a week in June. For a family of 13 (7 adults and 6 grandkids ranging from 1-6), we had plenty of room to spread out and had a great week. Both units are nicely furnished and well supplied. Really appreciated having a pack 'n play and a high chair in each. Overlooking one of the pools was an advantage with the little ones. The small beach provided another opportunity to keep them occupied. We also fished with them off the dock, with the small bluegill cooperating nicely. We rented a pontoon boat for a morning at a nearby marina, played miniature golf, rode bumper cars, and had great fun racing the go-karts in Osage Beach. Even though it rained 2 of our days there, Osage Beach provides enough indoor activities so we were able "to get out of the house," so to speak (Miner Mike's and the indoor water park at Tan-Tar-A resort). We cooked in most nights (gas grills on the balconies) and ate out twice. I would recommend both these restaurants for a large group with children: Topsider and Dog Days. Both are on the lake with great views, have outdoor seating., and are family friendly. Our family is planning to come back next summer, and we definitely will stay at the Ledges and these loft condos again. Ken and Jen are great people, most gracious and helpful in every aspect of renting their loft condos and making a family vacation special.

Family Reunion 2008

WOW! What a wonderful place!!! We were on our way from Indiana to Kansas for our family reunion. After many years of just driving straight 12 hours, my family and I (all 16 of us) decided to make a pit stop and actually have a vacation. We decided on the Lake of the Ozarks. Of course, I waited until the last minute to start looking for a place to stay. I finally found this place about 3:00 in the morning. I emailed the owners and didn't expect a response until the next day. To my surprise, I had a return email within about 10 minutes with the information I needed to make a decision. The owners are the nicest people we have ever met. They were always available to help in anyway possible. They gave us lots of information about the area and said they were only a phone call away if we needed anything. I cannot express how wonderful they were. All I can say is “THANK YOU” for such a wonderful time!!!! The condo was immaculate with a great view. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone. Everything you need for a home away from home is made available. All you need to bring are clothes and food. All the cooking/eating utensils and linens are supplied. The whole complex is just beautiful. There a lots of things to do in the area for adults and children alike. From shopping to renting water toys to just lounging around the condo or playing available board games with the children/adults. Our group age range was 11 months to mid-sixties and there was something for everyone to do. As a matter of fact, there were so many things to do and not enough time to do it. We look forward to vacationing there again, only next time we will be staying longer. Thanks again, We hope to see you again soon!!!

Girls Weekend Away

We had a WONDERFUL girls weekend away! The condo was lovely, clean and stocked with virtually everything we needed. We spend most of our time at the pool and on the patio enjoying food and wine. We did manage to fit in a little shopping on our way home! What a great time. We will definitely be booking again next Spring. Thanks Again!

I have stayed at Jen and Ken's condos several times now and wasn't aware this site was here. We used to stay off of HH and then we found their condos on VRBO. Their condos are the cleanest I have ever been in and the most well furnished. There is nothing to want for. The location is perfect. Golf, shopping, restraunts, movie theater, and much more within minutes of the condo. The pools are spectacular and the condo complex is very clean and well kept. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!!!!!

Great condo! We rented in May 2008 for our annual "guys golf" weekend. The condo was clean and spacious & the location was very convenient to the golf courses and good restaurants (that's all we do - golf and eat).
