Beautiful! Regatta Bay- 2 Master Suites Waterfront - 2 Pools

Welcome to our condo!
Grab your favorite drink and come relax on our screened in patio and enjoy this great view of the lake!
This unit is beautifully decorated with bright vibrant colors and new flooring!
The Kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparation, including evening barbecues with a full sized gas grill.

You don't even have to leave bed for a spectacular view of the water and boats. This master bedroom is lined with big windows that overlook the lake. Don't forget the king sized bed, Cable/TV and double vanity bathroom that makes this a true luxurious escape.

The second bedroom also has a King sized bed, Roku TV and can be used as another Master Suite or a common shared bathroom. There is also a sofa sleeper for an additional 2 guests.

You can travel light because we supply towels, linens, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and all soaps. We also have a full size washer and dryer for those extended stays.

Regatta Bay is in a quiet area surrounded by trees. It has a tennis court and two swimming pools, one of which is directly on the water. It also has a fun playground for the kids.
It is centrally located on the Horseshoe Bend Parkway. Only minutes and a small cab ride away from many waterfront restaurants and bars. This includes Shady Gators and H-Toads. It is also located in the center of many major golf courses.

The Bagnell Strip Dam can be found only 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy popular restaurants, shopping, parasailing, watercraft rentals, and partake in a Celebration Cruise.

Enjoyed my stay

Overall the place was exactly what I was expecting! It was cozy & comfortable! I will be revisiting soon! I rated communication with property manager as a 4 star only because outside of the initial communication there was no other communication beside the check out text!

P E R F E C T !!!!

It was just what we were wanting. Spacious for the four of us and very neat and tidy. We had no issues other than we did not read description before reserving. There is no trailer parking whatsoever on this property. We made it work for us and we are hoping it will be available next year.

Lovely Condo

Lovely condo! We have stayed at this complex 3 times. Being in an end unit a definite plus! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy check in and out. The support from Jeff and Sheila was exceptional. Answered questions immediately. Served our visit perfectly. Our grandchildren took turns and spent the night with us. Great for one on one with grandparents. Would highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay again. Kitchen stocked fairly good. Would like to have had scissors , foil and Saran Wrap. I don’t usually bring those along. Girls Weekend

The condo was in a great location and clean but really needs some work- the outdide door handle was broke and had a hard time getting in, the blinds were missing slats in two rooms, the dishwasher smelled bad and was broken, no dish towels or drain board provided, only one small closet provided, TV worked but no sound and no instructions provided. Extra pillow but no cover for it and no extra blankets. I would not book this condo again. There were 4 of us and these were issues for all of us. It is sad that they can charge so much but not keep the property in good working order. Only 1 towel per person in bathrooms for 3 nights.

Lake Time

Pros: Condo was pretty much as described. It was spacious, clean and we didn’t lack anything. Nicely decorated. Beautiful lake view from master bedroom. Location is good….close to Bagnell Dam. Check in/out was easy with clear instructions from owner. Complex was quiet for the most part. Cons: Need new furniture in living room! Couch and chair is beyond use date. Feathers in pillows poke you as you sit against them. Also need new patio furniture. Lake view is halfway obstructed by screened-in porch from unit next door. Tenants below us were constantly smoking, so it was hard to enjoy the balcony. Pool is not close to the condo.

Beautiful condo

Very nice condo comfortable beds . The only issue was the blinds kept falling down if you opened or closed them. So we just left them alone. Beautiful decor.

Nice place to enjoy Lake of the Ozarks

The property is nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen works well, especially because the closest restaurant is about three miles away and others 4.5 miles. The second bedroom mattress could be replaced and the condo needs an ice cream scoop!

Perfect location & Quiet

The location was 10 minutes from the strip which was perfect for us for the car show. It was quiet and we loved hearing the lake water flow from the waves coming in from boats. The screened in deck was our favorite and we sat out there quite a bit.

Anniversary weekend

The property was clean and nicely updated. It had everything we needed and was close to many restaurants. We enjoyed fishing and meeting others in the complex. Definitely would stay again!

Great location

This property was ideal for our week at Lake of the Ozarks. It was exactly as advertised, convenient to all we wanted to do at the lake, and comfortable for our indoor times. It was well stocked with everything we needed and contained great information about restaurants and other available activities in the area. The owner was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely rent this property again.
