The Marais is a magical place to discover in any season. Nature lovers, fishermen friends, this place is for you.

Séjour en famille(s)

Séjour très agréable, l'accès par le bac à chaîne dépayse immédiatement et plaît beaucoup aux enfants, comme les promenades en barque. Le gîte est bien équipé et confortable.

gite atypique exceptionnel

Superbe séjour avec les petits enfants. Le lieu est est totalement dépaysant et apaisant. Ce gite atypique est très bien équipé. Nous y reviendrons.

Expérience unique

Un gîte au milieu des eaux. On y accède par une barge à chaîne, ce qui contribue clairement au dépaysement. Un gîte très bien équipé : jeux, bateau, électro ménager etc... Un lieu magique où le temps s'arrête.

Un séjour atypique dans un cadre idyllique

Une fois l'emplacement du gîte trouvé (avec maps/Google de préférence) les lieux sont sublimes, confortables et bien équipés. Nos enfants ont adoré les balades en barque, jouer dans les marais, à l'ombre du jardin et les pieds dans l'eau. Un endroit topissime pour les amateurs d'oiseaux aquatiques et forestiers avec les réserves naturelles à 10 min en voiture !

Séjour enchanteur!

Quel bonheur que ce séjour à Clairmarais! Accueil adorable du propriétaire, site remarquable, tout est là pour nous faire oublier le quotidien! Nos enfants ont adoré jouer dans ce jardin aux multiples recoins, superbes balades en barque et apéros du soir au son des oiseaux du marais… Bref, un week end inoubliable que nous garderons longtemps en mémoire! Merci à nos charmants hôtes 😊

Charmant et dépaysant

Le cadre dans lequel se trouve le gîte est magnifique, petite barque qui permet de faire un tour dans les superbes marais. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et répondent vite aux msg ! Bref, un petit gîte atypique que je recommanderai sans hésitation !!!!

Calme, charme et authenticité

Très belle propriété, la restauration est de qualité, bien pensée gardant le charme et l'authenticité des lieux. Le logement est très bien équipé lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle etc... les extérieurs sont aussi à la hauteur, le jardin est magnifique avec ses espaces aromatiques le tout entourée d'eau, un terrain de pétanque, une table de ping pong, etc.. il ne manque rien. Pour une balade en barque vous pouvez demander la location du moteur, que je recommande afin de pouvoir vous immiscer dans les petits canaux car avec les rames ce n'est pas évident. Le propriétaire est charmant, le logement est très propre, bref courez y les yeux fermés vous y passerez un agréable séjour.

Nous sommes venus passer un week end entre amis. Tout était conforme à l'annonce et aux photos figurant sur le site. Et mieux encore : On se retrouve seul sur son île, c'est magique. Les propriétaires sont de plus charmants et disponibles. La barque à disposition vous promet de belles ballades dans les marais Dépaysement garanti ! J'y reviendrai sans aucun doute

week end fabuleux dans un cadre envoûtant

Jolie et confortable maison de caractère située sur une île dans un écrin de verdure. Réveil le matin par le chant des oiseaux... Un we à 10 ( 8 adultes et 2 bébés) vraiment magnifique.

prachtige ligging

Door de aankomst met het bootje ben je direct in vakantiestemming. Het huis is prachtig gelegen in een stille, rustige omgeving. We hebben genoten van de stilte. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een aanrader voor wie van rust, stilte en varen houdt.

Amazing and quiet

Guy's house is simple, cozy and has everything you need for a good holiday. It stands on a huge piece of land, which borders a canal. It's a great place for fishing or a few days away from everyday life. There's also a big fire pit and relaxing chairs to sit next to it. My friends and I had a great few days away, fishing and relaxing. Guy took care of the fishing permits and bed linnen for us as well! Recommended!

Superbe

4 couples d'amis belges pour une location du 29/12/16 au 02/01/17. Atypique et dépaysant sont les maîtres mots de ce séjour. L'arrivée est surprenante et originale. Un endroit sympathique et maison agréable avec tout le confort et le nécessaire pour un séjour en toute convivialité. A refaire. les petits Belges.

Peace and quiet among the cualiflowers

We had a great stay. Rolland and Marie were great hosts and very helpful. The cottage is lovely and very well equipped. The boat was fun. The only thing wrong with it was the result of the Euro 2016 finals!

Gîte très calme idéalement situé au coeur du marais audomarois !

Jolie maison très calme et propre ! vraiment au coeur du marais et pourtant très facile d'accès en barque ! Propriétaires très sympas ! de belles balades à toute proximité, nature magnifique, la barque est là tout près, à notre disposition et hop, en route pour un petit tour dans le marais ! Il y a aussi Saint Omer à découvrir, et Cassel et les monts des Flandres pas très loin...
