Great apartment on beautiful beach
We recently had 6 wonderful nights in Maui staying at Kaanapali Ali Condominiums. I highly recommend this apartment block as it is beautifully positioned on the beach being about 15 minutes walk along a gorgeous beachwalk to Black Rock and less than 10 minutes to Whalers Village. The pool surrounds and BBQ area were beautifully kept with plenty of sunloungers and not busy at all compared to other hotels and apartments we saw along this part of the beach. We had a two bedroom apartment which consisted of a massive king bed master suite with huge ensuite bathroom and robe, a smaller queen bedroom with ensuite off the main lounge and a fold out King size sofa bed in the lounge. We had four teenage children with us and the apartment slept 6 which was a bit tight in terms of sleeping arrangements but the living area and open plan kitchen were spacious. The apartment was recently tastefully renovated and had excellent amenities. It had every comfort of home including large TV, washer dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, hairdryers, large double door fridge with ice machine, blender, microwave etc, Although we didn't use them there were a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas left on the lanai. The staff at Kaanapali Ali are amazing - there are lovely people to put beach chairs out for you , book tours, hand out fresh towels and even help BBQ your dinner. The lanai of this apartment was quite small for six people but we spent all of our time outside on the lovely beach, snorkelling and by the pool. A couple of our party used the gym facilities and said they were excellent There are tennis courts and the parking is undercover and free! I would definitely book this apartment again if I went back to Maui. Thank you for a great stay.
