Welcome to Union Grove - This home has incredible flexibility for any group accommodation for family reunions, convention groups, travel groups, ski groups, large families, Young Living and doTERRA groups, corporate housing, temporary relocation housing, traveling executives, displaced families, and people in-between homes. You'll love this private park-side location walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to freeway to downtown Salt Lake. Available year round.

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

Brothers Ski Trip

The property was nice and spacious. Like most rental properties it needed lots of TLC. Things like leaky, faucets, and broken doorstops and outdated appliances and waterlogged hot tub covers are what I have come to expect on most of VRBO‘s. However, I didn’t go for the house, I went for The memories and the time with my brothers. Skiing was fantastic. And a good time was had by all.

Family gathering

We chose this rental due to the close location to our other family members who live in the area. The condo was really nice and the beds super comfortable. The large family room and basement play areas worked out great for us and allowed us all a place that wasn't cramped to visit with everyone and enjoy meals together. We didn't use the jacuzzi due to all the activities we had scheduled, but it was working and hot the entire time we were there. Maybe next time we will be able to take advantage of it. We also loved the park and shared area outside the back door. All in all, we had a great time and highly recommend this rental. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Great relaxing home

We enjoyed staying in this home. It is roomy and the open concept is nice. Our group ended up cooking dinner at the house every night because of the space and nice dining room (and dishes). The master bedroom and bathroom is high quality and comfortable. There isn't much of a backyard but it was too cold out to use it so that didn't impact the two of us. The 2cd master bedroom has a very comfortable bed but it is high and difficult to get in. Once in it though, it was great. We would stay here again and recommend it.

The perfect sanctuary!

We drove all the way from Alberta, Canada for the Young Living Annual Convention and this home was absolutely ideal for us to come home to each night! So clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. And reasonably priced! A 10 out of 10!!!

Great house!

I was in SLC for work and stayed here with a colleague. Great house and the location is also very nice. Park nearby and close to hikes and restaurants. Hot tub was a plus as well!

Nice Home in Good Location

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The size and location were great. It was quite warm, but fortunately there were some fans we used in the bedrooms upstairs. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Pleasant Surprise

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit pricey for us. The overall price was listed as less than some others. If you don’t read the price details you don’t realize that you have an extra $150-$200 of fees that go towards the Utah Vacation Club. So that makes them more expensive. The space was great and if you have a larger group this would definitely accommodate your needs. The applicants are a bit dated too. The use of the TV was harder in this place than I had with other VRBOS’s that I have used multiple times. There was supposed to be a garage door opener and there wasn’t one. I reached out to management and they asked if we wanted one brought to us and we of course said yes but we never got one. Overall I may rent this place again now that I know there are extra costs to this facility.

Great rental for a ski trip

The house was clean and as pictured. Hot tub had a bit of a weird smell but we didn't end up reaching out to anyone about it. Overall was an ideal rental for my ski trip with 4 friends.

Great Location for Skiing!!

We had a great stay. The condo had what we needed. Plenty of room & comfy sofas. The location to Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons was perfect. Close to grocery stores & restaurants. Nice property quite area. If you have a full size pickup truck parking is a little tough. The driveway is short and a pickup won't fit in the garage. Other than that we had a nice relaxing stay.

Not what we expected

The front door Yale lock did not work, so house was not locked each day. We had booked a house with a game room and pool table. This unit had an unfinished basement. Very disappointing. Back fence is falling down so it made it hard to open and close the hot tub. The can opener did not work. One dirty coffee cup. Pills, no soft ones. The mgr on the phone did not seem to care too much and just said that’s what you booked. Login for WiFi is wrong in instructions

Property was clean and fresh, very well setup with cooking and hosting supplies. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice. Not all TVs are setup like the living room which is perfectly fine, no tv on vacations! Location was ideal as described by local friends. Nicely suburban spot, 2 min walk to nice park for kids, 5 minute walking distance to restaurants, fast or neat, and gas station for vehicles. Would recommend this location for families and will absolutely use this company for future Utah travels. Thank you, Niall.
