**Unlimited views of ocean, beach, city and forest. Feel right at home in this beautiful FULLY FURNISHED 2 BR 2 Bath LUXURY CONDO of this oceanfront building (20th floor). TWO queen beds, ONE twin and queen sofa.

Sleeps 7. If more than 4 adults then there is a $30 per night fee for each adult.
max is 6 adults.
Limits are strictly enforced.

*Fully equipped full size KITCHEN (includes bakeware, bowls, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, toaster, coffee pot, blender, full size refrigerator/stove, microwave),
*MASTER BEDROOM with comfortable QUEEN BED viewing unlimited sunrise and ocean views with private balcony.... ensuite FULL BATH, plenty of storage & TV.
*Second bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 queen bed, private balcony with sunset views, plenty of storage & TV
.*Great room includes comfy queen size sleeper sofa, Dining for 7, entertainment includes 50" TV & games. Access to the balcony with unlimited ocean views.
We do have beach towels and a cooler for your use. Please bring your own beach chairs. We tried to provide them but they got broken each time.

Perfect Beachfront Property

Last minute vacation spot in Myrtle Beach, SC

We had an amazing time in this Oceanside condo. Everything you need is there. Just pack clothes and personal items. We will definitely be back next trip😎

Condo clean and well equipped with great views. Great communication from owner, check in/out process great! Resort common areas (lobby, pool bathrooms, ect) were a bit neglected and could have used some attention. But the condo was nice and we would stay again!

Perfect End of Summer Long Weekend

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this property and its owners! They were extremely accommodating to us upon checkin and were very helpful. The condo was meticulously cleaned and had all necessary amenities including sheets, extra blankets, shampoo, conditioner, many towels, 4 beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, kids games, multiple smart TVs and charging ports in each room to make up for not many Wall outlets. A lot of thought has gone into the maintenance of this property. We cook a lot and had all necessary kitchen tools for each meal. The building itself is primarily clean. The front desk truly doesn’t help much, so if you have any questions whatsoever please ask the owners personally. I had asked the desk about a lost and found once and a band aid another time and they were nearly clueless about each. Although the owners aren’t present, they were always available for questions. Our family enjoyed the 2 pools, 3 spas, and immediate beach access which was open from 7am to 11pm and I believe this schedule helps with the safety of this property. There was ALWAYS at least one security guard during the day and 2 at night all night. We felt safe and secure and there were literally no issues. 5 days of convenience with young children on a beach is hard to find! Honestly if it weren’t for this condo we may not return to Myrtle because it’s so busy, but now we will for sure. Escaping back to the quiet condo was refreshing at the end of a busy day…thank you again!!

Property location convenient

The reservation process with the owners was wonderful. They had great communication with us. The check in process was simple as was the check out. The property was conveniently located to the beach, stores and restaurants. We walked everywhere the whole time we were there. Everything we needed was there except a high chair for an infant would’ve been a nice touch. As far as the resort itself, the elevators kept going down. There are 3 of them but they never all worked at the same time. We ended up having to walk down 20 flights of stairs once after the 2 elevators that were working didn’t come for a half hour. There were several fire alarms going off while we were there too. We had just got in the hot tub for some mom and dad relaxation time, and security was making everyone get out because a fire alam was going off, that was the second time in the same day. So that was a little frustrating. Then the night before we left, there was a huge fight that broke out on the beach right outside the resort and a bunch of police came. One of the people involved in the fight was staying at the resort and went inside to grab something to use as a weapon then jumped the fence of the property. A man was beaten with multiple things, including a wooden beach chair. Security had to have a cleaning crew come clean up the blood in the pool area. I was surprised they didn’t shut it down in that situation but they did for a fire alarm. The resort needs some updates/TLC but the owners were great.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was cozy, warm/home away from home & comfortable! Everything we needed was included. Beautiful view of city from 2nd bedroom & breathtaking view of ocean from master bedroom/living room. Location

20th floor and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. My son and his girlfriend stayed in the 2nd bedroom which had their own view and balcony. We were right on the beach and Ubered when we needed to. Did not rent a car and still did all the things we wanted. Would stay again.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!

We stayed here for a quick kids-free Mother’s Day weekend and had an amazing time. Everything on the listing was as advertised and the property owners were absolutely amazing to work with. All instructions were relayed in a timeline manner and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

It was a nice place just a little dated. Owners were nice but made interesting statements, like do not put your feet on the bare sofa and don’t smoke or trust me we will know it. The statements created negative energy and I would have canceled but it was non refundable. I feel there is a way to say anything and not create such negative energy.

We spend our time traveling and live on the west & east coast. After Dee brought Steve to the south he just knew that they must spend more time here.
Steve is originally from Tulare, CA and is retired. Dee, originally from Shelby, NC and many years in Myrtle Beach, SC and is also retired. We met on Match.com in 2008 and were married in 2013. We live in Bakersfield, CA several months of the year to spend time with our 5 grown children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. Other months we divide our time between Lake James, NC and here in Myrtle Beach at our condo.
Steve is an avid motorcyclist and history buff. Steve and Dee can be found riding on their BMW motorcycle exploring little towns in the US and Canada. Dee enjoys photographing those adventures. We both enjoy our lake time with our friends and on our pontoon boat.
Our motto is "Life is not measured by the breaths we take but by moments that take our breath away". We hope you will find memories here in our home in Myrtle Beach that take your breath away.

We chose The Palace Resort definitely for the view of the ocean, city and forest. The sunrise from the master bedroom/great soom is beyond belief. In the evening you can watch the sunset from the second balcony. We are in love with the sounds of the ocean
The location (1605 S Ocean Blvd) is perfect being 2 miles from the airport, walking distance to market, and nearby to local attractions. . Hopefully you will share in our love for our sanctuary and return again & again.
