- on a living room / stay: on a surface of 30m2, equipped with a 5-seater armchair, a fireplace, a television set (TNT with French and international channels), a free WIFI connection (for stays of 'a week), an air conditioner (hot-cold) and a private toilet.
- the kitchen: fully equipped, it includes a fridge (freezer), a multifunction oven, a ceramic hob (2 plates), a coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
- on a 25 m2 terrace at the front: with panoramic views of the sea and the mountain. Manual cover system, garden furniture 4 covers, 2 deckchairs.
