Nice family house with great swimming pool

House was really great. Everybody enjoyed the pool. Tiny house with enough space. Outside terrace with roof and extra outside fridge. Huge grocery store literally next corner. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. All

Maison très bien équipée et confortable . Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin à disposition notamment en mettre d'ustensiles ou de matériels cuisine, tv, hifi... Très bien placé à 2 pas des commerces. Environnement très calme. Piscine très agréable et assez spacieuse. Hotes charmants et disponibles.

Excellent!

The villa is absolutely lovely! So clean, modern and equipped with everything you could need. The swimming pool is fantastic and the outside area is perfect and very private as not overlooked at all. The hosts were really friendly and helpful too. The massive supermarket is only about 5 minutes walk away. There’s a few bars and restaurants within the 20 minute walk to the beachfront but you will need to drive to get more variety if needed. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay here (despite the mixed weather) and would highly recommend this villa.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war bestens: Nicolas und Florence sind sehr nette Eigentümer, die sich schnell und bestens um alles kümmern, wenn einmal ein Thema auftritt. Das Haus ist top eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral für Einkäufe und Strandbesuche. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Haus für einen Familienurlaub.

Lovely summer break in St Hilaire de Riez

Lovely property in a great location just 15 mins walk from the beach. Well equiped and the children just loved having the pool. Great communication from our hosts and a lovely welcome when we arrived. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect holiday home!

We had such a lovely holiday here. Nicholas and Florence welcomed us and helpfully explained how everything worked. The house was very clean and has everything you would need. Pool was perfect. Very quiet and relaxing and only a 20 min walk to the beach! Fabulous!

Erholsamer Urlaub im Poolhaus am Atlantik

Sehr modernes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Pool. Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort und hatten viel Platz. Es war alles vorhanden und im guten Zustand, schöne Zimmer und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, alles war sehr gut vorbereitet.

Très bon standing, la maison est bien équipée et in fine olus grande que ce qu'elle apparaît sur les photos. La piscine est grande et chauffée. Commerces à 5 minutes. Propriétaires disponibles et très accueillants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Beautiful villa..as it was last year. Nicolas & Florence were most helpful....the pool was perfect...the house clean and tidy..well equipped with plates, cutlery etc. We had a great week (again)....highly recommended !!!!!!

Fantastic!

Everything about this home is amazing. Everyone young and old in our party loved our 2 weeks there. Nicolas and Florentine made us feel very welcome and explained thoroughly how everything worked before leaving us, which was a nice touch too. Pool, house and facilities were fantastic.

Excellente semaine.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette location parfaite. Le couple de propriétaires est très accueillant, très sympa et à l’écoute de ses locataires . Aménagement de très bonne qualité, la décoration est soignée et de très bon goût, ici on ne retrouve pas l’armoire de l’arrière grand-mère ! La piscine est un régale, son fonctionnement au sel est un vrai plus, cela donne une eau saine sans chlore, donc sans odeur. Il ne manque vraiment rien, vaisselle, électroménager, écran tv xl ...et même 2 vélos a disposition ! Mille mercis.

Mooi huis in een leuke buurt vlakbij het strand

Een heel fijn huis met genoeg ruimte. Flinke tuin met groot verwarmd zwembad. Mooie stranden in de buurt. Ook is er een grote supermarkt op loopafstand. Leuke plaatsen in de buurt om te bezoeken. Het huis had wel wat schoner mogen zijn.

Nous avons hésité a laisser une évaluation de peur que les personnes se ruent sur cette location !! nous mettons notre égoïsme de côté car les propriétaires, tout à fait charmants et discrets, méritent que d'autres vacanciers profitent de cette maison qui possède vraiment tout afin de passer de confortables moments. Nous n'avons aucun commentaire négatif ! la piscine chauffée est très agréable, le linge de toilette, de bain et de la literie étant fournis à l'arrivée, cela est un gros plus pour les familles nombreuses. propreté impeccable, mobilier très agréable et au niveau équipements, on est comme à la maison ce qui est très appréciable. Nach einem ersten Besuch vor zwei Jahren, haben wir uns erneut für dieses tolle Ferienhaus entschieden. Und auch beim zweiten Mal hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war so wie beschrieben und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern einfach und völlig unkompliziert! Vielen Dank Florence und Nicholas!
