This fourth floor penthouse in Captain's Walk is the perfect setting for your next vacation. Upon entering the unit, guests will enjoy panoramic views from the living room with two large sofas and a large flat screen TV. The dining room off the kitchen has seating for 8 at the table plus 3 bar stools with a great ocean view. There is also a table in the living room with seating for 4 people. There is a slider to the oceanfront balcony that has outstanding ocean views with seating for 4 at a table plus 2 lounge chairs. The updated kitchen has granite counter tops.

On the first floor you will find the first bedroom that has a full bed with a trundle. The bathroom to this room is located in the hall off the kitchen. The second bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with a tub and shower. The washer/dryer are also located on this floor.

There are 16 steps up to the second floor. The third bedroom has a queen with a flat screen TV and a shared bath with tub and shower. The fourth bedroom has an ocean view with a king bed, flat screen TV and a shared bath with a tub and shower. The fifth bedroom is the master and it has ocean views with a king bed, flat screen TV and a large private bath with a freestanding tub and separate shower. There is also a half bath in the hallway.

This penthouse is the ideal for fantastic views and plenty of relaxation.

Amazing Views and Easy Access

The views from this condo are amazing!! The access to the beach and pool were very accessible. The condo had everything we needed. One heads up...the two bedrooms downstairs have very high beds that are not well accessible for the elderly or folks with disabilities. My 88 year old MIL had to climb up and down the stairs each day so that she could sleep in the queen size bed upstairs that she was able to get in and out of. It would be helpful if those two beds were switched (the footprint of the bedrooms is the same). We had a travel situation that we ended up having to call the rental company after hours and they were extremely helpful and understanding! Overall, it was an amazing trip and experience and we would definitely use this company and condo again!!!!!!

The “penthouse” of Hilton Head

Our family had a truly magical time at this property. The location was easy to find and grounds for gorgeous. My eight year old twins called it, the penthouse, and everybody felt quite pampered here! Everything we needed was within a short walk. The property itself was very clean and well organized. The kitchen is small, but functional and there was plenty of pantry space for groceries. There are plenty of nearby grocery stores for picking up supplies. We had an issue with a bedframe breaking, but it was a rapidly repaired, and the property staff was very friendly. The view from upstairs master bedrooms, common spaces, kitchen and deck cannot be beat! The picture of the deck is a little deceiving as it was a wide angle lens, but we found it was more than enough space for 8 people to lounge and visit. The beach was spacious, and everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly. We loved writing bikes on the farm sand, enjoyed plenty of ocean, swim us, and found our share of shark teeth! My kids also really liked the heated pool and we always found there was plenty of patio chairs available. Finding a criticism is challenging, but I would suggest better linens. The sheets in the master were worn (pilling and rough) which made the sheets feel uncomfortable. Also provide pillowcases for the extra pillows. For people who sleep with two pillows there were ample pillows, but no extra pillowcases!
