Cozy Corner in Paso is a newly refurbished 2BR/2BA home with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, comfortable furnishings and charming detailing. This home will serve as your perfect home base for downtown shopping, dining, wine tasting, and more, and is just two blocks from the Paso Robles Event Center (fairgrounds). Walk to everything the Mid-State Fair has to offer, a grocery store just a few short blocks away, and stroll to the park in the heart of downtown. This comfortable home features two queen bedrooms, one bedroom has an en suite bathroom, hall bathroom, side patio with BBQ, carport off-street parking for two stacked cars, and side yard with old growth trees. Brand new fire pit! Come settle in and get cozy! City Permit #STR19-0252. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival.***

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing and perfect size for our trip. It was nice and peaceful at night. The location was close to everything. Only having to drive 10 mins for stores, wineries, or breweries. The house itself is very spacious with plenty of room for a night in. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it had all the essentials necessary. We would definitely come back and stay here on our next trips.

It is Cozy

It was just as described online. For some reason I could not find the address on my confirmation and had to call the property management company. They answered right away, and after listening to my reason for calling I was asked and couple of questions and given the address with in a two-minute call. The home is as described small, comfy and cozy. It is three minutes by car to the downtown plaza area, so it is conveniently located. The initial supply of coffee was a big plus for us in the morning.

It is close to downtown, we can walk to restaurants and also close to the fairgrounds where we cab walk to horse shows. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. our dog enjoyed being able to go outside. Cute place, close to town

This house was the perfect place for 2 couples. We came to Paso to go wine tasting with another couple and this house was great. It was comfortable, clean, and walking distance to everything we needed in town. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome house walking distance to the Fair

Great house for a quick trip to Paso Robles for the mid state fair. Easy walk and a perfect spot for our two couples. Agency was great for communication with questions. Highly recommend for a trip there.

Winefest Weekend

The house was bigger than I thought. It was very clean, and the sitting area was very comfortable. It was perfect for two couples. The location was very close to the Pasao Market Walk and the Event Center.

Loved it!

The managers were accommodating from the beginning. We asked for an early check-in and was granted it. Upon arrival, the house was clean, quaint and comfortable. The house was fully stocked (sans the food) with everything needed to cook and BBQ. Bathrooms included toiletries. Loved the proximity to downtown and Spring Street, and close to everything. Coming from LA and the city, loved the quaintness of the neighborhood. Very quiet....Overall great property!

It had every thing we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The rental was near the downtown district and restaurants. Wineries were a short drive away. We loved walking around downtown. Beautiful park and play ground if you have kids. Checking in and out was easy. There were no issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend and use Paso Robles Rentals again.

This location really can't be beat to be only a few blocks walking distance to the Paso Robles square area. This was perfect for us to walk to dinner and drinks both nights. Overall the house was in great shape, and very clean. It's a bit dated in terms of décor but that is the only complaint, if that. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Nice house in a transitional neighborhood. The house was fairly dark and could have used a bit more daylight. There is a basement with a light on that was a bit disconcerting - we should have been told about it. There was a domestic quarrel at the next door neighbor's property which freaked out my spouse. Otherwise, clean cozy and nice.

Very comfortable stay

Very clean, quiet and comfortable! The only issue was: We anticipated more of a fenced yard for pets. Very surprised the outdoor pet space was basically a concrete walkway and small sitting area.

Great location, clean property, walkable to downtown!

Enjoyed our weekend trip with the kids and 2 small dogs ! Perfect cute little bungalow walking distance to downtown. No need to fight for parking.. it was a 10 minute stroll to the center of downtown. The house was very clean and well taken care of and we didn’t have any issues! Would definitely stay again, thank you!
