Family run spacious apartment located in a quiet cul-de-sac. One of 17 privately owned apartments in a Spanish-style development with a swimming pool. Stunning views of the sea, mountains and marinas. Two private sun terraces with canopy, loungers, table and 4 chairs. Sandy beach, shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Ideal location to explore the attractive valley of Puerto Rico, with its fantastic sunshine record. Pretty marinas offer excellent water sport facilities, deep sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching and trips round the island. There are 7 golf courses, the nearest to the apartment is Anfi, 18-hole championship course plus 9-hole course, 5 minutes drive. Two other courses within 20 minutes drive. Flood-lit tennis courts and bowling alley are all within a 10 minute walk. Two gyms and medical centre in Puerto Rico. WIFI available at the apartment.

Excellent property

The apartment was excellent, clean and well equipped, close to amenities and a great position for access to the beach and restaurants, couldn't fault it at all. Great comms with the owner. Pool was excellent

Lovely apartment with great view!

We had a great 9 night stay in this apartment. Very well equipped, spacious and suited our family of 5 perfectly. Views from the balcony are lovely overlooking Puerto Rico beach and harbour - gets the sun from early morning to afternoon. Pool was nice to have also. Easy access to bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and would love to return in the future.

Nice appartment with great view

Great location in Puerto Rico. Great view, close to amenities and to the beach. We were 6 adults (incl. 2 18 year olds) but this appartmennt is probably better suited for 4 adults and two kids., as one bedroom connects through another.

Great terrace with stunning view

Great sized apartment with a lovely terrace with a view of the bay below. Lovely big fluffy towels, nice quality bedding and plenty of hot water. The pool is small but was perfect for us to spend a couple of hours in the afternoons. My 4 year old grandson finally ditched his swimming aids after his daily swims. Communication with the apartment owner was so easy and a slight problem we had was quickly rectified, thank you John. If we were to return to Puerto Rico, we would definitely stay here again.

Schöne und große Wohnung in toller Lage

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und besonders hervorzuheben sind:- schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf Meer, Hafen und Strand- kurze Wege zum Strand und zu den Restaurants- unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem VermieterDanke und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Gran Canaria wieder diese Wohnung wählen.

Great communication, great property. Unusual to get a really comfortable setee, we got two. Had problems with TV, they came around straight away. Just what the doctor ordered. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook

Gemütliche FeWo mit schöner Terrasse

Eine etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung , jedoch trotzdem zum Wohlfühlen. Keine deutschen TV Sender, was für kühle Winterabende ganz nett gewesen wäre. Puerto Rico selbst ist tatsächlich Geschmackssache.

Very nice place to stay

We have rented the apartment for two weeks, 6 persons coming from France. That was great. The flat is as described , with a very nice view on the beach, the harbour and the ocean ! Well situated to go to the beach, to restaurants and shops of Puerto Rico . Quiet as well . Food store at 100 meters , very convenient ! Good starting point to go to Maspalomas , Puerto mogan , Taurito ... by bus. Then , we've rented a car to discover the island . All of us ( adults and teen agers ) really enjoy this trip . Thanks to Marilyn for all . From France - lyon

Excellent apartment with great views

This is a well equipped and spacious apartment in an excellent location, supermarket just a few yards away, beach and main bars a 15 min walk, apartment has everything you could need, the Balcony is lovely with great views over the harbour, watch the boats come in all day, the swimming pool is a decent size and we had it to ourselves for most of the 10 days we were there, I would highly recommend this apartment, it was perfect for us and Marilyn the owner was always very prompt to reply to queries, we even had a nice bottle of wine on arrival, 5***** service

Magnificent view

Magnificent views over the beach/ harbour- clean apartment - kitchen had all equipment - and much appreciated welcome pack .short walk to beach and restaurants and local shops . Would have liked full cooker - but managed ok . Would recommend and love to return

Great Apartment, Supurb views

A well located really comfortable spacious apartment, gets plenty of sun on the large well furnished patio area which has superb views over the harbour. Very clean and well equipped, also has the benefit of a nice pool area. Marilyn(owner) was very friendly and helpful. Already booked for next year

lovely property

The apartment was lovely and clean, great equipment, great views. For a self catering holiday it had everything and more. A great welcome pack was left in the fridge when we arrived. The owner, Marilyn was really helpful And friendly. We have already booked up for next year!!!

Lovely apartment in excellent location

A large well kept, well equiped and clean apartment in a good location for all amenities and the beach. Having stayed at many many apartments in Puerto Rico over the years , this is one of the best and the price is reasonable.
