Near Disney Luxury Lakeside Villa with Spa and Wireless Internet
* February 2018: New High Efficiency Central AC Unit and 55” Flat screen TV.
This beautiful 3 bedroom lakeside villa comprises a king master suite with a walk in wardrobe and an en suite, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The living room has a new pull out couch bed (Nov 2019) as well as a roll-a-way bed on premise for free use. Kissimmeevacayvillas.
Although this is a private family owned villa, no expense has been spared as all the furnishings and fittings are of the highest quality. It has a HD LCD TV in both the lounges and in all the bedrooms. It has high speed internet (wi-fi), cable TV, playstation 2 and a well equipped games room, comprising a pool table and a foosball table. For your added security there is a large safe to protect your valuables. The villa backs up to one of the Crescent Lakes and allows you to enjoy spectacular sunsets as you relax in the pool or hot tub.
* Spa heating is FREE
** Pool heating is optional; $25/day (if heating is requested, heating is required for your entire stay length.)
*** Roll away twin XL bed on property available (1); Free for use. Other roll away beds available upon request; 10/day per bed or $55/week per bed.
**** The Southern White House is like all other short term rentals... it is a self catering house. The following welcome package perishables will be provided upon arrival and is independent of the length of stay. The guest is responsible for all supplies required after this start up quantity is exhausted.
2 x toilet rolls in each rest room
1 x small soap at each sink in the bathrooms/toilet AND SHOWER. Or two soaps if it’s a double sink
5 x kitchen bin liner
2 x dish wash tab
1 x laundry tab

I live in Michigan, and manage a northern Michigan short term lake front rental also listed on VRBO (VRBO 794689). With the success I've experienced with that northern Michigan rental, I decided to purchase this beautiful villa in April 2017 in the shadows of the "Happiest Place on Earth" and other world renown Orlando tourist stops. I love hearing the wonderful stories from guests that enjoy my properties as much as I do... I'm certain you will enjoy the Lakeside Villa as much as I have the short time that I've owned it.

Why this property? Because after a long day of fun and excitement at near by Orlando tourist attractions... You can come home to a relaxing, quiet villa overlooking a peaceful Crescent Lake... The sunsets are MARVELOUS as you sit poolside within the lanai.
