Charming Cottage Near Chautauqua Park

Our cottage is in a great location, beautiful setting under the Flatirons on the University Hill. Just a couple blocks away from Chautauqua Park where there are some of the most amazing hiking trails and picturesque views in the state. CU campus is right around the corner if you are here for a visit. Our quiet Craftsman style cottage is a great place for your visit to Boulder.

Our cottage is at the back of our property behind the main house which we live in. We are very much around, doing yard work, mowing the grass, hanging laundry, taking care of the property, which does include areas near and around the cottage. We are present on this property. We do greet our guests on arrival and will point out a few things in the cottage. So, if you are looking for complete privacy and zero interaction with the hosts, then this would not be a good fit for you.

It is a adorable space with lots of natural light, the main entry room has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, there is a separate kitchen, bathroom and the double bed has its own nook off the main room. The cottage has everything you will need: - Full kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven with stove top, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle and dishes/utensils) - WiFi - 40" TV with Roku for streaming - Comfortable double bed with quality pillows and bed linens - Bathroom with shower, and quality towels.

There is a private patio outside the kitchen door of the cottage which is for the exclusive use of the guests.

Vrbo Guests Only:
For everyone's safety, extra guests beyond those in the reservation are not allowed on the property. To clarify what that means: if you're visiting family/friends in the area, those visits need to be at their homes.

Please know there is no parking on our street. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we ask that all of our guests not park on our street as there is just enough parking for the residents who live here. Parking is available just 3 houses away (about 150') from the house.

Regarding Vrbo guest only and parking policy, if you are not comfortable with these then we would recommend you find another host/space.

We have a maximum stay limit of 40 days. If you have questions please make sure and send us an inquiry first before sending a booking request.

Our check-in time is between 4 pm - 10 pm. Please make sure your travel arrangements allow time to meet our check-in requirements.
