This house offers you a very neat interior composed on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen, a living-room opening onto a tiled terrace with garden furniture enjoying a view of the wood, wc.

Nice gite in Concarneau

Ein ruhig gelegenes, sauberes mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattetes Haus. Wenn man das Auto nicht nutzen möchte, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen, ist eine gewisse Fitness unbedingt erforderlich. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Peter u. Damen

Très bonne location

Maison très bien équipée , claire et calme. Endroit parfait pour la visite du Finistère sud. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegen und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist super ausgestattet und hat einen eigenen Garten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Man erreicht in ca. 15 Min zu Fuß die sehenswerte Altstadt. Ausflugsziele wie Pont-Aven, Locronan oder Pointe du Raz sind sehr gut mit dem Auto vom Haus aus zu erreichen. Wir hatten als Familie eine wunderschöne Woche dort!

Excellent séjour

On se sent tout de suite chez soi dans cette maison très confortable et très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Tout est quasiment neuf et très propre. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, avec panier de bienvenue et feu dans la cheminée. La maison est au calme mais proche de la ville à pied par le chemin à travers bois juste derrière le beau jardin. Le Finistère sud est une superbe région avec de nombreux centres d'intérêt, même en saison de tempête automnale. Idéal pour un séjour en famille.

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Das Haus und der schöne Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Den netten Gastgebern war sichtbar daran gelegen, dass wir uns wohl fühlen und einen unbeschwerten Urlaub haben. Wir bekamen von ihnen viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, für Anliegen unsererseits hatten sie ein offenes Ohr. Wir haben es geschätzt das Zentrum von Concarneau zu Fuß erreichen zu können.

Un hébergement au top!

Merci à mme & m Kervéant pour leur accueil dans leur chaleureuse maison. Nous y avons passé une formidable semaine en famille avec les enfants. La décoration est très jolie, la maison bien équipée et le canapé très moelleux et confortable. Madame Kervéant a eu l'excellente idée de mettre des jeux à disposition pour les enfants (avec un vaste choix et pour tous les âges). Ils ont été ravis d'avoir un coin pour eux dans le salon. La maison est vraiment conviviale et idéalement située pour découvrir toutes les beautés du Finistère. Le jardin est magnifiquement entretenu (et ce n'est pas facile sur un terrain en pente), et la terrasse très agréable. Que dire de plus sinon que je recommande chaudement cette location... :-)

Ruim, rustig, hoge kwaliteit

Heerlijk verblijf (2 weken) gehad in een zeer compleet ingericht vakantiehuis in rustig deel van woonwijk. Van alle gemakken voorzien met grote afgesloten tuin, grenzend aan bosrand. Gastvrouw en gastheer communiceren goed en snel en zorgen voor een uitgebreide check-in. Stadje Concarneau is op loopafstand. Genoeg te zien en doen (strand, rotskust, bos, steden, pretpark) in omgeving.

Ideales stadtnahes Ferienhaus in Concarneau

Nach einem wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus denken wir mit großer Freude an die zwei Wochen zurück. Wir fühlten uns auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den äußerst gepflegten Garten mit dem direkt angrenzenden Wald wie im Paradies. Die Lage des Hauses in einem schönen ruhigen und dennoch stadtnahen Vorort von Concarneau war ideal für Ausflüge zur Ville Close und zu den Restaurants, aber ebenso für weitere Exkursionen. Unsere Gastgeber Georges und Annick Kerveant waren sehr liebenswert, was nicht nur bei der 90minütigen Küchen- und Hauseinweisung und dem großzügigem Gastgeschenk sowie auch bei der herzlichen Verabschiedung zum Ausdruck kam.

Ferienhaus in Concarneau

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Concarneau, traumhaftes Wetter und äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Wir wurden von Annick und George Keveant sehr freundlich und hilfreich betreut. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist faszinierend vollständig, der Garten sehr gepflegt und alles ist pieksauber.

Great location, really friendly reception, and the perfect place for our short holiday. Comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. We didn't have enough time to visit everything we wanted to do locally, and shall be pleased to return if we can.

Excellent et Magnifique Séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Très bon accueil par nos hôtes Georges et Annick. Maison superbe très bien équipée et parfaitement fonctionnelle (même jeux de sociétés et jouets pour tout âge). Endroit calme. Jardin magnifique. Bref un vrai petit paradis où on s'y sent comme chez soit. Nous recommandons vivement si vous recherchez un séjour dans le Finistère Sud.

Außergewöhnliches Haus mit besonders zuvorkommenden Gastgebern

Alles war perfekt, sowohl bei der Kommunikation vorher wie dann der gesamte Aufenthalt. Georges und Annick warteten bei Ankunft bereits mit einem extrem großzügigen Begrüßungspaket auf uns, zeigten uns ihr sehr hochwertig und perfekt eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderbarem Garten direkt am Wald, hochwertigem Interieur und allem, was man überhaupt brauchen könnte. Mit dem Rad ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten an der Ville close, hoch dauert es ein wenig länger. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - wenn wir nochmals nach Concarneau kommen, dann nur hier hin!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in Stadtnähe

Wir wurden abends um 20.45 Uhr sehr sehr herzlich von dem Vermieter- Ehepaar empfangen. Der Kamin war für uns bereits an und sorgte für Behaglichkeit. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Concarneau aber dennoch in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Der sehr gepflegte und schön angelegte Garten grenzt direkt an ein Waldstück. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr schöne grosse Terrasse. Die Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Internet hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. À bientôt Cordialement N. B.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Concarneau

...ein herzliches Willkommen und eine ausführliche Einweisung am Tag der Anreise bis hin zum persönlichen Abschied am Tag der Abreise durch die Besitzer waren das berühmte "I-Tüpfelchen" einer wundervollen Zeit. Das sehr gut gelegene Ferienhaus ist mit allem Drum und Dran ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, fußlüufig zur Innenstadt

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche - und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zu Fuß kann man durch ein Wäldchen die Ville clos erreichen.Die Gastgeber, Annick und Georges, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Annicks Sprachprogramm konnten wir uns gut verständigen, wenn französisch nicht mehr ausreichte! DNke, Annick und Georges!

Schönes, gepflegtes, ruhiges Häuschen

Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit schönem Garten und vollständigem und gepflegtem Interieur. Check-in wurde persönlich durch die Besitzer durchgeführt - sehr genau und auf französisch mit Übersetzungshilfe. Weg in die Stadt 15 min zu Fuß / zu Strand 30 min zu Fuß / 700m zum Einkaufen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison située dans un quartier calme et bien placé. L’accès au centre-ville à travers le bois nous a permis de moins utiliser la voiture. La maison est très bien équipée et surtout d’une propreté exemplaire. Nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires charmants avec un cadeau de bienvenue qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Mes petits-enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les nombreux jeux mis à disposition. Merci à vous M. et Mme Kervéant.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison à Concarneau. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et la maison était très propre en arrivant. Bien située dans une zone résidentielle, la maison a un beau jardin et est proche de toutes commodités. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location que nous recommandons fortement.

Highly recommended!

A top class accommodation, spotlessly clean and spacious with everything provided for a perfect stay. Very handy garage for storage and a nice garden for relaxation if required. Location is as advertised, a quiet residential area about a 20 minute walk from the town centre. Annick and Georges are lovely hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. Would not hesitate to stay here again if returning to Concarneau.

Excellent séjour

Tout a bien commencé, accueillis comme des amis, avec en primes des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. La maison lumineuse s'ouvre sur un beau jardin.Partout, c'est d'une propreté immaculée. La décoration est contemporaine, rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour. Les courses à proximité, nous avons passé une semaine poisson, sans oublier les demoiselles de Concarneau (gastronomie locale). Concarneau, j'avais hâte de retrouver les lieux du fameux commissaire Dupin de Bannalec.Parfait pour rayonner.Vous l'aurez compris, nous vous recommandons le lieu et la location. Bravo à nos hôtes, et pourquoi pas à une prochaine fois?
