About this property

This spectacular 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit located at the Sonoran Sun on the 9th in the West building.

The unit's master bedroom has a King bed and its own private master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV for you to be able to watch your favorite movie. The 2nd guest bedroom is perfect for kids as it has 2 twin beds. The guest bathroom is located out in the hallway. The condo counts with a fully equipped kitchen to gather up does wonderful dinners for the family. The living room has an L shaped sofa is great to sit down and enjoy a great family game.

In the unit, you will find your private balcony where you can enjoy does lovely sunsets that the Sea of Cortez has to offer you.

Sonoran Sun is a 24-hour gated community it counts with 3 swimming pools 2 Jacuzzis a nice fully equipped gym, a delicious restaurant, and a convenience store. On the sides of the parking lot against the wall, there are gas bbq grills that are free to use. Sonoran Son is one of the best places to stay in Rocky Point.

Just OK ……

The property was in need of TLC. Twin mattresses need replaced Kitchen utensils (plastic) need replaced Refrigerator ran constantly on normal setting While the property unit was “ok” I do not feel I would stay again - for the cost I will look up market in a newer property - the resort itself is definitely in need of lots of cosmetic repairs everywhere - however the staff is super friendly and helpful

Absolutely stunning & immaculate!!

This property definitely over delivered. Ninth floor with a wraparound deck, immaculate inside, absolutely incredible. I will stay here again.

Piece and Quiet

This trip was in the off season but we still enjoyed. Not too crowded and we were able to enjoy the hot tub and heated pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. The condo was stocked with all you need to prepare any kind of meal. Beds were comfy and the balcony views were amazing. I would definitely book this condo again.
