Please note: Must be over 25 years old to book, and we strictly enforce our rules without exceptions. Failure to comply may result in eviction, forfeiture of all rents and deposits, and potential fines of up to $1000 from the city.
This is a tranquil and quiet residential neighborhood where disturbances are not tolerated. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, as is any outside amplified music. Only registered guests are allowed, and we have front exterior cameras and noise sensors for everyone's safety and comfort. (No Cameras in backyard and definitely not inside)
Parking is limited to the driveway for two vehicles; street parking is not available. We also adhere to a strict noise ordinance, with no outside music at any time and no loud voices after 9pm to ensure a peaceful neighborhood.
Smoking, vapes, candles, fireworks/firecrackers, and live flames (excluding the firepit) are all prohibited, as are pets and animals.
As for the outdoor area, the stained concrete floors can become slippery when wet, so please avoid wet swimsuits indoors. The spa usage and heating are included in the booking rate, while pool heating is available for an additional $195 per day and must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. Glass is not allowed in the pool area. We also ask guests to turn off the outdoor fireplace when not in use.
Property management services are scheduled for pool and gardening, and we kindly request that guests keep solid waste out of drains.
Before checking out, please ensure the fire pit key is left on the kitchen counter. Dishes must be washed or left in the dishwasher, all interior garbage must be removed and placed in the appropriate outdoor receptacles, and all windows and doors should be locked.

switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.
House is vigorously cleaned before your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Brand park is a 5 minute walk/2 minute drive with ample parking. The park is 31 acres of hiking/biking trails with a playground, a softball field, basketball court and picnic areas. Points of interest include the Brand Library, Whispering Pine Tea House & Friendship Garden, and Doctors House Museum & Gazebo.
A favorite local spot in our neighborhood is Kenneth Village which boasts Salon and spa services, market and deli, pet care, patisserie, crossfit, yogurt, Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, florist, pilates, yoga, and other services for the neighborhood and beyond.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is ideal for long strolls. When you want to explore away from the neighborhood, Transportation is vast: Car is recommended or use of Uber, Lyft, City Bus and Metro. Points of interest are: Downtown Glendale, Burbank, Downtown LA (DTLA), Hollywood, and Universal City. All under a 15 mile drive.
