Our home is located on the 6th Tee Box on the Ocean Point Golf Course and a three minute walk to beach access #7 and #9.

This is home is loved by our family.
We chose to manage and rent our home ourselves to be sure that you have the same experience we do when we visit Fripp. And more importantly so that you have the attention to detail and communication you deserve before and during your stay!

Our renovated home offers a gorgeous gourmet Kitchen/Dining/Living space that has created a completely open and beautiful entertaining space. New hardwood floors, new bedroom carpeting, bathroom upgrades and new interior and exterior paint. We have also added a gorgeous fenced and landscaped yard with a beautiful private in ground pool. Rental comes with One Golf Cart.

This 6 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is the perfect getaway for families, groups of golfers, beach bums or friends alike. Located just a three minute walk from the beach you can spend your days adventuring the island or with your feet in the sand. Our home is completely furnished and fully equipped. All you need is a toothbrush and your clothes. Great for groups on any size from 4 guests to 20 guests!

Our home features two large deck areas perfect for gathering. A large family room with a brand new 65” TV. A second TV room outfitted with more games, books and puzzles than you will even have time to use. Perfect space for kids! The home features a gourmet kitchen that we are sure the Chef in your group will be more than pleased with. The home has plenty of sleeping in it’s six bedrooms including one room that can easily accommodate up to 8 guests! And we include ONE cart with rental.

This home is just perfect for groups and for entertaining. We are certain you will love it as much as we do! Fripp Island is one of the best South Carolina beach resorts, complete with two top ranked golf courses and one of the most picturesque beaches you’ll find anywhere. We are full club members with access to seven pools, restaurants, pools and tennis courts. This means you too can have access to all the amenities Fripp offers with Guest Club Cards available for sale to renters.

Our home comes stocked with beach towels, beach toys, chairs, bikes and even a ping pong table. If you are looking for more...the island offers moped rentals, paddle boards, kayaks, a kids club, fishing and boating charters.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

Beautiful home and setting surrounded by lovely green space- trees, grass, golf course- and private pool! All very well maintained. Inside of house is spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Plenty space for our whole family 10 adults, 7 young children to spread out, relax, sleep, play, eat together. Owner (Erin) has provided everything for enjoyable stay: pool & beach toys, towels, chairs, bicycles, baby high chairs,pack‘n plays. Erin was accessible by phone/text and responded to any questions/concerns. We love coming to Fripp Island, and hope to return to this wonderful home in future!

Thoughtful, well stocked, and magical location.

I choose the house based on its location on Fripp Island. It’s a beautiful island. That said, this house would have kept me feeling relaxed and happy in Dante’s Inferno. The thoughtful touches are everywhere. There is plenty of comfortable seating and dining accommodations. There is a superb collection of games. There are tons of bikes to explore the island with. There is a fabulous extra large golf cart included and the kitchen. OMG the kitchen. It was better stocked than ours! The entire time, the adults kept remarking to each other - “wow, they thought of that, too!” If you are thinking about it, go for it. The only regret is not finding this place earlier.

Pool was a HUGE plus!

The house was beautifully situated on the golf course with lovely views. The pool was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults alike. All the extra beach towels were a great added touch! Kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint was the cleanliness, as there were food trash and crumbs left about. I few games were left out and untidy. There was fingerprints on glass doors, which suggested a lack luster cleaning. I had to sweep the main floor on day one. We really did enjoy the property and all the extras! Would definitely book again.

AWESOME Home - - - Great for large families!!

This property could not have been more suited to our LARGE family!! We had 16 people; adults and young adults..... We LOVED it!! The layout of the many comfortable bedrooms, the amazing well-appointed kitchen, the large dining areas, the separate adult and kid-friendly living rooms, the roomy driveways that accommodated ALL our vehicles, the beautiful and relaxing view from our deck, the multiple golf carts already on property so we could rent directly from the owner, and let's not forget THE FABULOUS POOL!!!! Our family could not have been more pleased with this beautiful home and all its amenities!! The Host, Erin was available for all our questions prior to arrival *and* during our stay!! She was friendly, prompt, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. You can really tell that she genuinely wants your vacation experience in her home to exceed your expectations because there are soooooo many extra touches throughout the home that make it convenient and cozy! We would highly recommend this VRBO! Especially to large families that want to feel like they can spread out and ENJOY!!

Awesome Experience!

We had the best time at this property! We had a big group with lots of kids and adults and the house was perfect. One of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. Erin was great and very responsive with any questions we had. Property location is great for beach with golf carts and perfect spot on the golf course with water views of course in front and back. We also enjoyed the pool when we needed a break from the beach.

Family Gathering

This was the perfect house for our family. Each family unit had a room that fit their needs. The kitchen was very well appointed and the dining area was ample for our large group of 17. The pool was so much fun with lots of toys and floats. Bikes, beach chairs and beach toys were plentiful. The back deck view was spectacular and a fun place to gather.

USMC graduation.

We rented the property to attend a graduation at Parris Island, it’s about a 40 minute drive. We shared the house with 15 family members and everyone enjoyed the stay. The house was clean and comfortable and being situated on the golf course was convenient because many in our party enjoy golfing. We were unable to enjoy the pool as the weather didn’t cooperate but we hope to return next year when the weather is warm. I would recommend this home to anyone attending a graduation at MCRD Parris Island or a family seeking a relaxing, fun vacation.

the house was great! everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. so many things many other houses don’t have bikes, beach towels, spices galore, beach toys, beach wagon , pool floats. the list goes on. having the pool was great and was cleaned throughout the week as well. golf carts were great as well. will def be back. highly recommend!

Simply Amazing

I have stayed on Fripp several times, and this is hands down the greatest place we have stayed. You can tell everything was thought of and that the owners truly care about their home and the guests experience. Not only do you have your own private pool, but you are so close to many beach access points either down the street or around the corner. The kitchen is a DREAM, and now i demand to have this oversized island in my own hone. We had tons of seating for the night we hosted family dinner at our house, and plenty of board games for the rainy nights in. I have not a single bad thing to say about this place, and honestly I cannot wait until I can book it again!

Nice Stay

There were a total of 15 people and the house definitely accommodated all of us - plenty of room. There were 3 sets of washers and dryers, which was very helpful. I would suggest having the dryer on the main floor looked at as it would squeak when running. The trash cans in the kitchen were smaller than normal, so bring plenty of trash bags - we would go through 2-4 each day. The house could use more coffee cups as well. For 8 adults there was only enough for each of us. The AC in the house if not controlled by tenants either, so you have to message the home owner if you want it changed. Once you arrive at the house, I would try to get all questions/concerns asked at one time. The owner is not the quickest at responding to request. Positive note: The pool was used the most often by the 7 kids in the house and it is fully stocked with all the towels and beach toys you could ever need while on vacation, so you can leave those at home.

We had a great experience at this beautiful property. The house was clean, clean , clean. Our family had a great week enjoying the sun & sand. The owners have gone out of their way to furnish the home with all the extras you’ll need. Right down to the beach towels! We’re already planning our next trip.
