Perfectly located in the heart of Denver, just a short walk to Historic City Park Golf Course & City Park, Denver's Zoo, The Museum of Nature & Science, coffee shops & restaurants, you'll feel right at home in your suite. Spend you off times enjoying your coffee, cocktails, or 420 indulgence!

Your private suite includes a bedroom, bathroom, & living room, as well as the front porch for “front porch sittin”!

In nice weather you can start your day on my lovely front porch, enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine at the end of your day!

On chilly nights enjoy the comforting warmth of my toasty fireplace in your private living room while watch a movie or your favorite show on your Roku TV, while eating dinner on handy TV trays.

Your bedroom has a smart desk, dresser, and comfy reading chair. There are handy hooks with hangers to keep your clothes in order. The bed has a comfy full-size mattress. The attached bathroom and shower are small but sufficient! A white noise machine to comfort you at night is on the nightstand.

Keurig machine & selection of coffee & tea, small frig, microwave, filtered water as well as an iron and ironing board are provided.

Street parking is always available around the corner, but no parking is available in front of the house. Please watch for street sweeping restrictions on E. 28th Ave., and throughout the city, April through November!

Just on the other side of the French doors is where I live. My perfect retirement home! To conserve energy, I keep my house on the cool side, 65 - 68 degrees - but the fireplace keeps the living area toasty. There is a space heater in the bedroom that can be used in the bathroom, as it tends to be cooler than the house. Please don't use it anywhere else!

Great location and awesome host!

My friend and I stayed at Carol’s place for 5 nights and it was so cozy, we didn’t want to leave! Carol is a wonderful host, she remained in contact with us throughout our stay and made sure we were always comfortable. The room was stocked with extra clean sheets and towels, blankets, and coffee! Her home is in a perfect location, and she offers a handy guidebook in the room with great local spots to check out. We fell in love with the city and Carol’s warm welcoming really made us feel at home. We hope to be back again soon!

Retired Senior here - my only job now is managing my Sweet Suite! My career as a floral designer, lead me to my passion for gardening and I now spend most of my time, during the season, in my gardens that surround my home. I enjoy sewing, macrame, decorating, and, most of all, long walks with my best friend, Joy, the GSD!

I was raised in a small dairy farming community in the Western Catskill Mountains of New York State, I moved to Denver in 1980 and never looked back!
