This beautiful condo has a unique open floor plan with top-of-the line Bosch appliances in the kitchen, including range, oven, and under-counter fridge. There’s a microwave, coffeemaker, even a wine chiller and stocked spice rack.

In the living room, there’s a flat screen TV, WiFi, books and games, and a full size sleeper sofa. The cozy reading nook under the stairs is a great place to finish a book. There’s also a radio and a faux fireplace heater to complete the atmosphere.

Upstairs, a queen size bed, all new bathroom with stall shower. Beach towels are provided, and it’s just one block to the sand, across the street from the Salt Marsh Nature Park.

IMPORTANT: This condo is suitable for up to 4 persons but not if you're all adults. You wouldn't be comfortable. The queen bed is right for a couple but a sofa bed is appropriate for 1 adult or 2 children.
