Super cute & comfy 1 bedroom apartment close to downtown (1.3 miles from the heart of downtown). Large bedroom with comfortable bed, sitting area, & TV, open kitchen to living room, cute little dining nook. Nearby shops, restaurants and bars, close to Chico State & all our adorable city has to offer. Home has comfy 1 queen bed and large comfy sofa. Quiet neighborhood with Charming homes. Everything you need to feel at home. NOTE: This listing is in the process of being furnished. Photos are of another unit already rented.
