A small paradise

Sensationelle Lage, Raumangebot eher übersichtlich

Unser Aufenthalt (bis zu 7 Erwachsene in wechselnder Besetzung) war sehr erholsam mit gutem Wetter und einer wirklich sehr schönen, großen Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Dorfmitte und der Supermarkt sind ind 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Bäcker bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Allerdings ist das Paltzangebot sehr übersichtlich. In der Küche kann man den Kühlschlarnk nur schlecht öffnen, wenn gekocht wird, es gibt 2 richtige Doppelzimmer in der ersten Etage, die übrigen angeblich 4 Betten sind nur über eine Leiter durch eine Luke erreichbar, durch die es ab einer gewissen Körperfülle auch schwierig wird. In der 2. Etage gibt es auch keine Toilette, so dass man nachts über eine steile Leiter die Örtlichkeiten aufsuchen muss. Für Jugendliche sind diese Kletttereien vielleicht noch zumutbar, ab 30 wird das ohne Anseilen halsbrecherisch. Fazit: Tolles Haus für 4 Personen, viel mehr haben da eigentlich keinen Platz.

Emplacement exceptionnel de la villa le Ressac

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances au Ressac. Cette villa est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Le point fort de cette maison est sa superbe terrasse avec une vue imprenable à 180 degrés sur l’océan et les îles de Hoedic et Houat !! Très bon accueil et communication avec les propriétaires. Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer

Wir haben als Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell, immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Das beste an dem Haus ist die große Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Meer. Sehr häufig sind wir die Felsen heruntergeklettert und waren im Meer baden. Der Wanderweg am Meer ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Situation exceptionnelle

Maison très fonctionnelle avec une immense terrasse très bien aménagée et piscine intégrée. De partout, vue sur la mer .... Salon/salle à manger très agréable et lumineux. Juste à côté d'une plage, d'un sentier de promenade et du village. Une semaine merveilleuse. Merci Amanda pour l'accueil et merci au propriétaire de s'inquiéter que tout allait bien. Belle maison avec un emplacement magnifique mais pensez à apporter vos draps

Une belle maison, bien placée, une vue magnifique. Il y a de bons équipements pour les enfants mais convient a des enfants pas des tout petits. Les chambres enfants sont accessibles avec une échelle. La piscine est petite et pas très utilisée ( nous avons trouvé de grosses araignées aufond). Sinon pensez bien à apporter vos draps. Une grosse deconvenue a l’arrivée, aucun linge de maison, nous avons du courrir au supermarché en arrivant après 12 heures de route. La femme de menage qui nous a acceuilli ne voulant visiblement pas faire l’aller-retour pour nous apporter les draps et serviettes de bain. Sinon le village est très sympathique, marché tous les jours et de nombreux bars et restos bien sympathiques. Plain d’excursion a faire a proximité et la vue mer de la terrasse est a couper le souffle. La maison est par ailleurs très bien équipée c’est d’ailleurs surprenant que le linge ne soit pas compris quitte a l’inclure dans le prix vue la qualité de l’équipement par ailleurs.

Vue et terrasse terribles.

Excellent séjour grâce à la terrasse et aux possibilités alentour. L'intérieur reste toutefois un peu étroit pour 7 personnes et l'insonorisation est un peu faible mais c'est comme presque partout donc on s'y fait sans problème. Un bémol : pour le prix demandé, la literie pourrait être incluse ;-)

Vue époustouflante

Séjour agréable malgré un temps capricieux. Une vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. La cheminée a été très appréciée en ce mois de février. La maison est très agréable pour 4 adultes et leurs enfants (merci pour les nombreux jeux qui ont fait la joie de nos enfants). On reviendra avec plaisir pour découvrir la région en période estivale ;-)

Impressionnante vue, un magnifique décor vivant

Une vue magnifique, au pied le sentier côtier, les rochers et la mer. Une agréable maison avec une très belle et grand terrasse , avec de jolies arbres et arbustes, un jardin au dessus de la maison idéal pour des enfants. Une literie très confortable et une décoration moderne et de qualité. Nous avons apprécié la cheminée qui marche très bien. La région est superbe, les côtes du rivage pour les marcheurs, la proximité des Îles, et la gastronomie, vraiment de belles vacances.

Schöner geht nicht

Vom ersten Augenblick an, in dem man das Haus betritt, ist man gefesselt von der phantastischen Aussicht, eingerahmt von hohen Pinien. Durch die Höhe des Wohnzimmers gewinnt das Haus an Großzügigkeit, die Terrassen sind ein Traumund absolut perfekt ausgestattet. Da ist es unwichtig, dass die Schlafzimmer nicht groß sind, man schläft da ja nur. Mein 16-jähriger fast 2m -Sohn schlängelte sich durch die Öffnung zum Dachgeschoss und liebte seine Kuschelecke. Saint-Gildas ist ein charmanter Ort, ausgesprochen gepflegt mit allem was man brauchr, selbst in der Nachsaison der Franzosen gab es mehrmals die Woche einen Markt. Auf der Halbinsel gibt es eine Menge schöner Orte, wir mochten Sarzeau besonders gerne. Wir werden sicherlich gerne wiederkommen und empfehlen das Haus zu 100% weiter. Vielen Dank, dass Sie ein solches Haus vermieten!

Bretagne pur!

Das Haus strahlt mit seinen Mauern bretonisches Flair aus. Es ist mit viel Liebe hergerichtet und es steht einem alles zur Verfügung, was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fantastisch ist die Lage - man kann die Küste jeden Tag neu entdecken. Ebbe, Flut und bretonische Wetterwechsel verleihen der Umgebung des Hauses und der gesamten Presqu‘île de Rhuys immer wieder einen neuen Anstrich.
