Tellico Village a Lakefront Residential Community.

Location: 10 minutes from Lenoir City. About 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee.

Accommodations: 2200 square foot ranch, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths.

Lake front, four bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, with large furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 car garage, large deck over looking the large back yard and scenic Tellico Lake and dock.

The house is completely furnished and consists of one large master bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two full beds. Tellico Village, a private residential community, is located 20 minutes east of I-75 off the Lenoir City exit (81), 2 miles south of I-40. The property is ideal for family vacations, golf holidays, fishing, boating, or just relaxing and enjoying the view.

The village has many amenities, including three private golf courses (other courses nearby), yacht club, recreation center and within easy driving distance of Knoxville activities. The University of Tennessee is accessible by boat or car for all of their football and basketball games as well as other University activities. Short day trips can be taken to the Smokey Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and other Tennessee areas.

Boat & Golf getaway

We brought our neighbors and another couple to experience where we lived for two years. Tellico Village is our favorite place to go boating. We also played a round of golf at Toqua. Great location and we’ll be back for another stay.

Very outdated. Showers ok, beds ok, view very nice, plenty of parking for truck and boat trailer. negatives: inside oven very dirty, outside grill very dirty. Literally falling apart, deck was dirty, all deck furniture was moldy, could not eat outside. Had to eat out every night. Agent was not responsive to calls in regards to anything. I do not recommend this property,

Telico Village Tennessee

The view is beautiful but the house could use a major upgrade. Very old and dated. It was so cold we had to drip the faucets. So if you plan on staying in the winter, beware of this drip drip sound all night.

Very nice home!

This home inside was very nice and clean. The outside deck off the house though could use a little cleaning up. We wanted to sit outside on the deck to enjoy the view. But was deterred by the smell that was coming off the deck. I think a nice power washing would help to clean up the green mold and would make it more enjoyable. Fortunately we weren’t staying that long for it to affect our time there. Other than that, we had a very nice stay. Thank you.

The property was very accommodating, beautiful and also comfortable. Just wish it had not rained and we could have taken a boat trip on the beautiful lake. Rachel was very helpful to provide access to the keys and being available to return them also.

Waterfront property

Very nice property in a great location. We were a golf group and there were plenty of great courses close by. The property is spacious with a good sized kitchen and dining room, and a huge great room. We had 6 in the house and there was plenty of room. Clean and well kept, with everything we needed.

Beautiful Home!!

This house was amazing! Great space for my family to stay in. 5 bedrooms makes this house a perfect house for a larger family. Wish we could have enjoyed using the dock, a little too cold when we stayed. We look forward to booking again the next time we are there.

Great Place!!

Spent the weekend at the Lake with friends and family. Weather was perfect!!!! This property was great! Located close enough to all the amenities in town but out enough to be quiet. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well maintained. Very nice neighborhood. The whole experience from check in to check out was great. We will definitely be back!

A Great Place for Families

We couldn’t have asked for much more in a house for our family to use for Christmas. The house had one more bedroom than expected and was furnished with everything with needed. A big flat screen tv over the fireplace was also a nice surprise. The only downside was some slight confusion between dealing with the homeowner on VRBO and then coordinating everything else through a rental agency (with a Trump sticker on the door…).

Beautiful Home & Area!

We visited the property with my 93 year-old mother-in-law. Everything was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The only change we noted was a larger flat screen TV in the living area, which was a nice surprise. We had a small leak in the kitchen that was quickly addressed by property management. Everyone was very responsive to any question or request. Would definitely choose this location again!
