Quiet location but close to everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer! Comfortably sleeps 6 adults and up to 8 people with children (Master loft bedroom w/skylights and queen bed, 1 downstairs queen bedroom, and 1 downstairs bunk bedroom with 2 top and 2 bottom bunk beds). 5 minutes to Storyland, less than 10 minutes to downtown North Conway and a mile to popular "Flat Rock" river swimming area (and babbling brook next to house). Close to great hiking, golf, outlet shopping, restaurants, mountain biking and much more! Lots of windows with mountain views, open living space, games nook, AC, Jacuzzi tub, and WiFi. Enjoy your morning beverage on the deck with views of Bartlett and Kearsarge North Mountains. Wonderful (hilly) area for walking. Closest restaurant is a mile away and under two miles to nearest Dunkin Donuts and grocery store.

Great House

Weekend getaway

We stayed at the property for our anniversary weekend. Check-in was easy, the directions to the property were easy to understand and find. The property is located in the heart of the conway valley, close to restaurants, shopping and all winter activities. We enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi and lovely mountain views from the home.

Would stay here again, great location!

My family and I have been coming up to North Conway since I was a child, so familiar with the area it was a great location to where we wanted to be - close to Conway, Attitash and Jackson. The chalet was so spacious and the rooms were perfect for our family. We had six adults and an infant learning to walk, everyone really liked their rooms and of course the sauna after the chilly day on the slopes! We could not be more thankful that this home is shared for others to stay and to create memories in. It was perfect for our long weekend together!

Mountain view retreat

We loved the location quiet, views were beautiful of the mountain, but not far from shopping etc... the rental was very clean and nicely decorated.

Perfect Pick

We could not have been more surprised. The location was great. The view of mountains was fantastic. We loved our morning coffee on the deck. The moon rise was awesome. This was a perfect location to stay for our hiking plans and the trails. Close to everthing. The house has everything you need. Nice comforts of home. Very clean. I would highly recomend this location for your travel stay. Will not disappoint.

Great Rental

We had a great time here. It was clean and comfortable. All my family thoroughly enjoyed the home, it was well stocked with everything we needed plus toys and games. It is in a great location. The hosts are very accommodating and recommended some great dining and swimming options. We will certainly stay here again.

Beautiful spot to explore the Mt Washington area

We had such a great stay at this beautiful property. Loved having a coffee looking out at the surrounding hills from a nice spacious deck. Kids (5-10) really enjoyed the stay as well and it was easy to explore all that the Mt Washington area has to offer from this spot. Thank you for a great time John.

Such a great find!

This was our family’s first family vacation. The house was absolutely perfect for my 4 year old and 1 year old. Plenty of space, board games, an isolated deck off the living room with a gorgeous view had no stairs which made it perfect for the kids to go in and out! John was responsive to all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The description is spot on for the location and accessibility. We absolutely would stay here again!!

Family gathering

We needed a place that could accommodate 5 adults for a wedding in Fryeburg. Area hotels were quite expensive, and mostly booked, so we rented this gem. Definitely as good or better than the description. The view was gorgeous, and the stream nearby was very soothing to all sitting on the deck. The house had everything we needed, and plenty of other goodies (board games, movies, etc.). The icing on the cake was the sauna. The home was spotless when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again for a vacation. Thanks for a great weekend!

Storyland weekend with the family

My family and I stayed at this property to take my kids to Storyland and we had a great stay! So close to Storyland that we could leave and get the kids a nap and go back in the afternoon. It worked out so great for us. The property was very clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. Incredible views and a great deck to hang out on. John was very easy to get in touch with but we had no issues at all during our stay. If we come back to the area again we would definitely stay here. Great experience. Thanks John!

Very comfortable

Very comfortable for a family. We stayed as a family of four but this place worked very well for a long ski weekend. 10 minutes to attitash and 30 to Breton woods. Seemed like a bunch of place to eat nearby.

Great place, steep road

We had a great time. Great spot, great place. Just make sure you have all-wheel drive if it's going to snow. We got stuck with FWD sliding down the steep road. Granted, it snowed 10", but our AWD friends made it out no problem. Otherwise all good. Really nice spot.

Property was beautiful. The board games were a nice touch. With the sub zero degree temperatures, our favorite amenities were the sauna and gas fireplace!

Amazing weekend

We had the best time at the property! The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The view out of the living room is breath taking. My wife and I got up with my 2 year old son before the sun came up and watching the sunrise over the mountains was something we will always cherish. The fireplace came in play very much as it was -20 on Saturday! Definetly recommend the property and spending some time in North Conway.

Great House, wonderful location

We had a great week, the house was everything we needed in a great location. Just minutes to downtown North Conway, close to the fair and certainly perfect for skiers. A great, affordable option for a group of friends or a family. We would definitely come back.

Mountain Stay

This property was perfect for our family. There was 5 of us ranging in age from 14 to 70+. Everything was perfect from the check in process to the view to the check out process. The owner emailed us a wonderful welcome email with instructions and great recommendations for the neighborhood! The beds were so comfortable and we all slept amazing! The best part of our day was enjoying the view every morning and evening from the beautiful deck. It was so peaceful and quiet but yet so close to everything. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home. We will definitely stay again!
