Located overlooking a lake on the 4th hole of River Run's world-class Gary Player-designed golf course. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to the golf course, community pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and onsite restaurant. River Run is a beautiful, gated community located just a few miles from Ocean City, MD. This new and well decorated duplex is in an ideal location. The beaches, amusements, restaurants, casino, movies, shopping outlets and marinas are all within 15 minutes.
This duplex has over 2100 sq. feet of space.

The unit has four bedrooms. The first floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and private bath, and an attached private finished porch with great views of the golf course and lake. The first floor second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath in the hallway. The second floor Master Bedroom has two queen beds, access to upstairs full bathroom from the bedroom, and an attached deck overlooking the golf course and lake. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds that share upstairs full bath.

The first floor master bedroom with finished porch, and the second floor master bedroom with deck, have great views of the lake and golf course.

Bath towels and linens provided.

The well-stocked kitchen has modern appliances and ceramic floors. There is a dining room table with seating for 6 people right off of the kitchen.

The driveway has parking for three cars. Use of garage does not come with rental. MAXIMUM number of renters in house - 8. MAXIMUM cars permitted at house - 3. Parking is available for additional cars near the community pool.

Perfect place to unwind!

I loved the view of the 4th hole with the pond. It was a great place to relax and decompress. Really enjoyed the pool too. The location was great! Just a short drive to the beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend staying here! The cleanliness was on point!

The view is everything

Vacation 2023

Here’s the Ocean City-area property you need to chiise

An incredible vacation made even greater with a true representation of the property that my family and I booked last November — and trust me, not every listing can be considered true. The host was tremendous and reactive to all of my questions — including during our vacation. House is immaculate and sits on a the fourth hole of a great golf course — golfers need to stop reading and just book this property NOW. Ocean City is about 5-8 miles away but not soul-crushing by any means. Already looking ahead to the Summer of ‘24.

Very nice place, clean and neighborhood is awesome, has a pool and golfing. 15 minutes to Ocean city beach and 30 minutes to Fenwick Park Beaches. Owner is very responsive to any questions or problems that should arise.

Excellent place, second year for us

very nice home with pretty much everything you need, minus your clothes, toiletries, food and drinks. We had 8 in our party and plenty of room. Nice location, nice view to sit outside, as well as nice to sit in. Owner communication is top notch, plus first place we have stayed in where you have details on how to work the remotes on the entertainment system, organized folder of places to eat and go to. 3 full baths and had all 3 showers going with no issues with water pressure or hot water. Comfy beds, sofa and chairs. No complaints and will be looking to go back.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and oh so comfortable! We felt right at home immediately and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view behind the home is stunning; so nice to eat on the patio and relax. The homeowner was pleasant and easy to contact, and provided very clear instructions. This will be the first property we look for, the next time we are in the area.

Great home, more than expected

Greta home, great size, very nice and very clean. House as described. Could not complain about anything. Beds comfortable, everything you need, modern appliances, larger fridge. Main bedroom large and decent closet, bathroom, plenty of room and large walk in shower. Second bedroom downstairs large with full bath just outside, 2 bedrooms upstairs with shared full bath. Nice patios to relax on. Enclosed patio to play games. Plus, lots of games provided in house. Owners provide great communication. Highly suggest, we will definitely inquire when we return to OCMD. Wonderful!

Wonderful rental, and we have had many vacation rentals. Rich was easily accessible for all communications. The rental itself was spotless. The set up is great - the bedrooms are spaced away from each other which afforded a level of privacy for our family of eight. Well stocked with dishes, etc. River Run Community pool was clean and lots of friendly people there too. We utilized the driving range as well. The location provided easy access to Ocean City (10 minute drive with no traffic) but was away from the crowds, which we appreciated. We'd love to go back next year!

Spacious and convenient

My family of 8 and I spent a week at this lovely River Run property and had a wonderful time. Some of us golfed, some of us swam, some of us fished -- there was plenty for everyone to do and the setting itself was idyllic. It's an easy drive to Ocean City, Assateague and Chincoteague for wild life viewing and beach time. The town of Berlin is charming and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby.

Great vacation home!

We were very happy with our stay here. We were here for a softball tournament and this home provided us with an escape in between games to cool off and rest. The house was beautiful, very clean and well taken care of. The girls enjoyed swimming in the pool and being able to have their own rooms. We would definitely stay here again!
