Stylish 3 Bedroom Apartment With Balcony In The Heart Of Cannes
One of two identical 3-bedroom apartments one floor apart in the same building. They are wonderfully located on a quiet pedestrian street just 300m from Le Palais des Festivals, 400m from the beach and just 400m from the bars and restaurants of the old town, Le Suquet. With 3 bedrooms (double with en-suite, twin/double and twin/double) it comfortably sleeps 6. Complete with 2 large double doors opening on to a 10m2 south-facing balcony, this beautiful apartment combines luxury with a wonderful location. It also features complimentary high speed internet access with printer, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. The living room and all 3 bedrooms are individually air-conditioned.

We live just outside Cannes and do not use representatives or agents - you will be dealing with us directly before and during your stay in Cannes. We are native English speakers and also fluent in French. The apartment is decorated with a modern, stylish feel inside. It is lovely and light with 2 large double doors in the living room opening south onto the balcony. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has wireless internet and cable TV.
