One of two identical 3-bedroom apartments one floor apart in the same building. They are wonderfully located on a quiet pedestrian street just 300m from Le Palais des Festivals, 400m from the beach and just 400m from the bars and restaurants of the old town, Le Suquet. With 3 bedrooms (double with en-suite, twin/double and twin/double) it comfortably sleeps 6. Complete with 2 large double doors opening on to a 10m2 south-facing balcony, this beautiful apartment combines luxury with a wonderful location. It also features complimentary high speed internet access with printer, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. The living room and all 3 bedrooms are individually air-conditioned.

We can happily provide any information you need including our VAT number, company registration number etc etc. We've been operating in Cannes since 2005 and are the property owners - you will deal with us directly before and during your stay in Cannes.

Having previously owned apartments all across Cannes, we have decided to concentrate our properties on Rue Meynadier as in our view it is the optimal location in Cannes. It is a lovely pedestrian street in the centre of Cannes full of character, shops and bakeries. It is a 300m walk to the Palais de Festivals and just 450m to one of 2 beaches. It has restaurants and bars just a 1 minute walk away.

The Cannes Town Hall reference number for this property is 06029002227MX. Please note that as of 1st Jan 2018 it is obligatory for all rental properties in Cannes to be registered with the Town Hall and to display their registration number with every advert.

Fantastic stay

We are a family of six who had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic and in the heart of Cannes with shops, restaurants and the beach in close proximity. Niall was incredibly helpful and timely in providing us with any information we needed. I can't recommend this apartment enough. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Cannes.

Très bon séjour

Propriétaire très agréable, réactif et disponible. Appartement très bien fait, Clim, terrasse, tout ce qu’il faut. Seul bémol : pas d’ascenseur, 2 petits étages ok à pied mais pas évident avec les valises. A part ça, tout nickel nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a terrific stay here!!

We had such a terrific break in Cannes. The apartment was clean, very nicely decorated & extremely comfortable. Really good value. The location is extremely central on Rue Meynadier, within easy walking distance of the beaches and the old town so day & night-time activitoes are covered! The weather was fantastic and hit 28 degrees when we were there, so we went to the beach club. In the evenings we visited local restaurants and some cool seafront bars. There are loads of options for food & also budget (we preferred simple places, but you can really live it up in Cannes). similarly on nightlife all tastes are catered for. It's easy to get to from the airport (buses & trains drop off very close by) & we will definitely be repeat visitors. The beauty of the town is as well as having a lot of tourists it is a "real" town, and it makes the experience more fun. Finally, the harbour with all the super yacht & boats is minutes from the apartment and is a highlight of the trip. amazing!!

Just perfect!

The location is perfect! Pedestrian street with a baker opposite so breakfast was warm croissants -bliss! There was a supermarket with all other needs a couple of minutes away. Lots of very good places to eat nearby and the information provided in the apartment was very useful. Everything was clean, well maintained and, overall, the flat was very comfortable with decor with a contemporary feel to it. Cannes is great for exploring this bit of the coast; we took buses at only €1 per fare everywere! The boat trip out to the island was also delightful and relaxing. I'd happily recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Gorgeous apartment admist the hustle & bustle!

We stayed here last year with our three kids. The location is amazing, it could not be more central. You step outside the door into a thriving shopping street, with bakery, butcher, chemist, supermarket all nearby. The market is just 5 minutes up the road. A 10 min walk from the beach and beautiful restaurants. The apartment itself is spotless with incredibly comfortable beds, one bedroom ensuite, a full bathroom and a third toilet. The air con was excellent & did not need to be on for long to make the temp very comfortable. The large living room/kitchen area meant that we werent under each others' feet either! We went on a day trip to Italy one day, hopping on the train at the local station which is less than 5 mins from the apartment. You could also make day trips to nearby Nice, Antibes, Monte Carlo, the choice is endless. Plenty to do by day or night, my kids were 10 (twins) and 11 at the time and they gave the holiday 10\10. You can eat out in the high end restaurants if that's your thing or you can eat in the reasonably priced traditional places, there's certainly no shortage of choice. One of my favourite things to do was a swim in the sea with the stunning scenery of Cannes all around. I heartily enjoyed the local rosé with dinner too! For those who love to shop, whether actual or window, you won't be disappointed! Whether its Channel or H&M that floats your boat, you can't go wrong! Highly recommended the holiday to all!

The apartment is decorated with a modern, stylish feel inside. It is lovely and light with 2 large double doors in the living room opening south onto the balcony. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has wireless internet and cable TV.
