DETAILS: Playa Azul is a recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that sleeps 8 in the New Urbanist community of Rosemary Beach. Guests will love the large private pool, and spacious pool deck that includes an outdoor living area and kitchen. Playa Azul is close to the beach, 4 community pools, shopping and dining.

A shaded front porch welcomes guests to Playa Azul. Stepping inside guests may select between a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo, or a primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and access to the pool deck. Guests will love the incredible pool deck and backyard. A beautiful pool is surrounded by a lovely arbor, a shaded outdoor living area, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and native palmettos and scrub oak trees.

On the second floor is a kitchen and an open living and dining area with exposed timber ceiling beams, hardwood floors, and a calming pastel color palette. Slipcovered sofas, chairs, and a large dining table that seats 8 provide a comfortable spot for guests to unwind and spend time together at the end of the day. Around the corner is a newly renovated kitchen with a marble waterfall island that seats 2, premium appliances, 4-burner gas cooktop and range, and lots of space to store snacks. A double pair of French doors open to a spacious deck overlooking the beautiful pool deck below, and a second set on the opposite side of the living area open to a balcony with shaded views of Rosemary Beach.

A third-floor loft area is a fun space for younger guests to call their own. A queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and petite living area enjoy natural light from French doors that open to a small balcony with bird’s-eye views of Rosemary Beach and the pool below.

Guests can easily ride to 4 community pools and beach accesses on 4 included adult bikes. Enjoy restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, all within easy walking distance.

Ideal Location
This house was almost perfect for us. We chose it primarily for the private pool and nice outdoor space. The living area was spacious but the bedrooms were very cramped. The master bath is extremely small. We encountered one issue ( a carbon monoxide monitor would not stop beeping due to a dead battery) . We called the emergency number at 9:30 P.m. and someone came to take care of it within an hour.

Great Location!
This was our 2nd stay in Rosemary Beach. The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. The house was the perfect size for 2 families. We really enjoyed the pool and outside areas. As with our last stay, my only constructive feedback is that the 360 blue houses came better stocked with essentials for cooking. The small bottle of oil, salt/pepper, paper towels is barely enough for one meal. The grocery delivery is great but it’s not economical to order large quantities of cooking staples when only staying for a few days. It would be great if they could stock larger quantities of basic essentials for cooking and cleaning. Overall great house and great stay!

Terrible management by 360 Blue
The only nice thing to say about this home is the location. We had nothing but problems. The dryer was EXTREMELY LOUD AND SQUEAKY. We were told prior to our stay by 360 Blue that the washer & dryer were to be replaced during our stay. 360 Blue said there were NO ISSUES with the units. This was a complete lie. The dryer was EAR PIERCINGLY LOUD. It is located next to the bedrooms so we could not have it on when we were reading to either of our toddler children or if they were trying to nap or if anyone was trying to sleep. 360 Blue then informed us the morning the units were supposed to be replaced that this was not able to happen now until after our stay. So for the 7 nights we stayed at this home we got to listen to ear piercing noise anytime we had to use the dryer which was a lot being on a beach vacation with two toddlers. The cleanliness of this home was DISGUSTING. Thick dust on many of the walls, mold on the bathroom ceilings, large amounts of drywall dust in a downstairs bathroom, dust on many baseboards around the beds, a large screw sticking up on the balcony floor, the tv in the master bedroom did not work, the smoke detector went off any time the oven was turned on, slow draining tubs that smelled like sewage, and a pair of someone’s dirty underwear was left in the master closet. Our initial call to 360 Blue was responded to but the several after have not been answered or returned and we have already check out of the property. So disappointed with 360 Blue.

The home was beautiful, the rooms are a little tight but it seemed like the ac upstairs never worked you could feel the temperature drastically increase when walking up stairs. It was hard to find who to contact as far as maintenance. Other than that the stay was great and location was amazing

Very beautiful and stunning area! Location was perfect , especially with a baby on board. Pool was a big hit , with grille ,fridge and large umbrellas. The house was laid out very nice with a large open family room for evening hangouts. After a heavy rain storm, we did experience water dripping from ceiling in downstairs bedroom. An upstairs pullout sofa bed mattress had some type of bed bugs! Downstairs shower curtain had mold on it and a window that was previously opened in down stairs bedroom did not latch. Very minor issues in the big picture of things . Better maintenance and cleaning would take care off all minor issues! Overall a beautiful and stunning area to vacation with family!

Overall a wonderful stay… my only complaint… I’ve never stubbed my toes so much in my life ( the rooms downstairs are just a little tight… )… the pool was amazing.. well stocked kitchen … nice layout and very convenient to all things Rosemary.

When we arrived the dirty linens from the previous guest were stacked up in front porch in 2 of the chairs. I sent a text message to rental property as it was after hours. They never responded. Then I called the next morning. It took another day for them to retrieve the dirty linens. Gross! The listing doesn’t state that all 3 bedrooms are in the bottom floor and are tiny. The room is the size of the bed only.there is no adequate closet space to put your suitcase in any of the bedrooms. The bathrooms are tiny and no room to leave your cosmetics bag out. The cleaning crew didn’t clean the porches so they were full of leaves and sand and trash. None of the outdoor tables were wiped down from the previous guests. The outdoor patio furniture cushions were filthy and table not clean. The windows of all doors have sticky residue and fingerprints . The shower curtains had pink and green mold growing on them. This place needs a deep deep clean. Wouldn’t stay here again ever. The queen bed squeaks terribly and wakes the whole house up when someone barely moves in that bed. We were all just on top of each other in the bottom floor where all bedrooms are located. Bikes that were provided were in need of serious maintenance- chains rusted, tires low, locks didn’t function, no baskets. Other than the nice big den in this home not much going for it. Also all that nasty grapevine that’s mostly dead growing around the outdoor shower looks disgusting and a nuisance to try to walk thru. The yard needs to also be cleaned up. Trash and debris in the backyard.

Our family of 4 traveled to Rosemary Beach for spring break and loved every minute of it. The house was just right. We liked that the bedrooms were downstairs and the main living area and kitchen were upstairs with a view. It was a quiet street just around the corner from shops, restaurants and the beach. The beds were perfect and the kitchen was well appointed. I only thing I would change would be the small bathrooms but we managed just fine. They were clean and had everything that you need. Just something to know:) Loved all the balcony options and the bikes were a nice bonus. We will be back for sure.

Cute little house to stay, great location! We were able to bike or walk everywhere.the bedrooms are small and not much room to place your luggage- really need luggage valets, we were a group of 6 girls for our annual girls trip so it was tight- we had luggage laying open in the hallways. 2 of the rooms had small closets but only 4 hangers total in the house. The bathrooms are small but we managed- I would say bigger mirrors would be nice. I would still stay here again, the beds were comfy. The bikes that came w/the rental were disappointing- they could use an upgrade. We rode from Rosemary to Seaside and one of the girls had to stop to get air because it was so low and mine were low also...we thought they were but it is hard to tell so we were doing double the work. That should have been checked prior to leaving the bikes. Renting through 360 was easy, the cleaning people were sitting outside waiting on us to leave- we left at 9:50 and Check-out was 10- they had been there for a while- felt strange.

Our Playa Azul Stay
We loved our stay in this pretty home. The location is perfect - just steps from the center of Rosemary Beach and a short bike ride to the beach. The bedrooms are a bit small (one with no closet), but how much time do you spend in your room on vacation?! The main living area is spacious and attractive. We appreciated the bikes that came with the rental. Rosemary Beach is so family friendly with lots of great eating options, cute boutiques, lovely pools, a great tennis center and very attractive architecture throughout. We would definitely stay here again or another 360 Blue property.
