A great condo for a vacation!

Place was well located and convenient. The a/c at night seemed to have been programmed and always got hotter in the middle of the night. Beds and pillows were not the greatest, we didn’t sleep well for each of the 5 nights. Didn’t notice the recent updates other than maybe the paint. Water fixtures were all over 10 years old and the kitchen cabinets are starting to show their age. That said, the communication with the owner when needed was perfect and again,the place was really well located.

Spacious and comfortable
Wonderful condo, great location right across from clubhouse. The shower knobs were confusing, could use replacing, same for kitchen. Pillows were too soft but beds were firm, just the way I like it. Well stocked kitchen and ready for this??? Abundance of dishwasher soap, paper towels, garbage bags, and shampoo. Fantastic!!!

Great Stay in Scottsdale
My wife and I and our 4 kids (3 high schoolers, 1 middle school) stayed here for spring break. A well maintained condo in a well maintained complex. Pool and fitness room were great. 5 min walk to park, AJ’ s Fine Foods, Safeway and a bunch of other stores. 10 min drive to McDowell Mountain Sonoran Desert Preserve. Alex was great with communication- it was a great trip!

Wonderful property and accommodations! Alex was a super host! Didn’t really need anything while at the condo as everything was nicely provided. Amenities were fantastic enjoyed the heated pool daily and location could not be better for shopping/dining. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean, quiet condo that was perfect for our trip. It is a second floor condo with a flight of steps that I missed in the listing. It was no trouble for us but would not be appropriate for someone with limited mobility

Beautiful property. Accommodations were excellent, we were a group of 6 adults and found the condo enough space for us all. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the rental process was very seamless. There were only 4 pool towels so if there are more quests you might want to bring a couple of towels. We only cooked breakfast and found AJ’s prepared food to be very convenient. The Chinese restaurant within the same block was really good, we ordered it to take out and enjoyed eating at the condo. Only suggestion would be to continue the laminate flooring into the bedrooms as it would be better than the carpet.

Great Location!
This property was great for our family of 4 (2 teens). Spacious, adequately stocked, lovely pool, good workout facility, fantastic location (shops and restaurants nearby, easy access to freeway etc). Great value! Excellent communication/response from the owner. The condo could use a bit of TLC (main bathroom towel racks loose, tub faucet, kitchen faucet wobbly, gouge in the wall by the closet), and more bath and hand towels would have been nice. Not a big deal though, as there is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Overall, we had a lovely stay at The Signature!!

Great place and location in North scottsdale
Property owner Alex is very communicative and responsive with any questions/needs. As an example, we were hopeful for a smartTV to access some of our grandkids shows…Alex bought and installed a Roku stick the same day. Proximity to parks, grocery, restaurants and the McDowell mountain hiking and biking trails made it a perfect location. Exercise room and pool were in our daily activities and met our needs! Thank you Alex — very much enjoyed our stay and will return.
