Great property. Apprently our freezer was not working so we had a loaner fridge. Problem was the freezer in the loaner didnt work either. Small.issue but was fixed. Gteat views!
It was nice and relaxing. The condo employees were very nice and accommodating. We accidentally dropped a key on the lower deck and they retrieved it for us.
I rented this condo despite previous negative reviews due to availability in the area.
Great location and view. Can't beat watching dolphins right from your balcony in the early morning! The pool was nice and we even saw fireworks from the balcony on July 4th.
This condo is in need of a serious update. I can deal with outdated fixtures and furnishings but I cannot deal with uncomfortable beds! All mattresses including the sofa bed need to be replaced. The beds were so firm we woke up sore every morning, the sofa bed was saggy. Even the kids complained. You want a comfortable bed to come home to after being out in the sun all day. The kitchen stove had crooked burners which was annoying. I made due with what little cooking utensils were available. Bare minimum of kitchen/cleaning supplies were included so expect an expensive grocery store trip before settling in.
There are 4 elevators in the building but they were extremely slow. The provided buggies and carts were nice to have for bringing luggage and groceries up but they were often the cause of us passing on full elevators and waiting.
After a few bad reviews do you think the owners will do anything to update this unit?

Great beach, ok unit
The beach was wonderful. Love those soft white sands! Convenient to restaurants, fishing charters and shopping. Building has 4 elevators, which was nice. Kids enjoyed pool, racquetball court and tennis court. Condo itself needs updating, desperately. Make sure you take or buy dish soap, extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Dollar store condo in a great location
How can anyone really complain about being at the beach? But...This condo was sub par, and we were quite disappointed. We love Phoenix 7 and have stayed there more than 15 times in recent years, and this was the most outdated/uncomfortable condo we have ever experienced. Was it clean? Yes, except for the coffee pot. Did it meet the basic needs of our family? Yes, but plastic liners as shower curtains and dollar store appliances/cookware in a poorly stocked kitchen is not adequate for the price required. The outdated wicker furniture in each room, the rusted brass/wicker bar stools, plus the stiff sheets and uncomfortable/basic mattress in the master bedroom did not provide comfort after a fun day at the beach. Scratchy sheets are not what families want to come home to after a day in the sun and sand. The tile floors seemed updated, and the couches were nice, but white walls (excluding the mirrored wall that covers the entire living area?) with obvious signs of repairs and very little decor made the condo uninviting. A rug would have been nice. I imagine the kitchen is original, as the cabinets are dated. The silverware was cheap, and the dishes were old and well-used. (Dollar store bowls and containers were available though.) Additionally, the blinds in the living area were not functional, so my teenage children who utilized the pull out sofa were awake every morning with the sunrise. When we unfolded a blanket from the master bedroom closet, it had huge holes, was falling apart, and left pieces of fabric all over the floor. It was completely unusable, so it was thrown away. I will acknowledge that the washer/dryer is new and in perfect condition, and the microwave is also new. There were no coverlets on the beds in the double room - just blankets, but the children said the beds were fairly comfortable. We never did get the WiFi to work, and we couldn't find an option to join a network associated with our condo. The units above and below us showed up as options though. Our stay was fun because my family loves the beach, but the condo was not worth the fee, and should undergo a major overhaul so that it can be comparable to other units within Phoenix 7 . I will not choose this one again, nor recommend it.
