Come enjoy our beautiful home with beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra La Gigante Mountain Range. Our Villa Casita can comfortably accommodate two couples, or a family of six, or perfectly suited for a romantic getaway. Villa Casita is a little over 1200 square feet of indoor living with an additional 400+ square feet of private outdoor patio space offering views of the Sea of Cortez to the East and the Sierra La Gigante Mountain range to the West. Admire beautiful sunrises over the Sea and spectacular shows of sunsets over the Sierra’s! Muy Bonito!

The living area has a full size and fully equipped Kitchen with All Clad cookware, dinner service for six plus, full size refrigerator, bottled water cooler and a window with a view looking out over the courtyard, pool and the Sea of Cortez.

The spacious breakfast bar opens up to the family room with comfortable furnishings to relax on after a full day of exploring Loreto. The flat screen TV is a “smart TV’” so feel free to enjoy your Netflex app. etc. or the DVD player has several movie options to choose from. The couch pulls out to a queen bed offering more sleeping room, if needed. The Villa Casita has plenty of windows to take advantage of the bright natural light and views from every room!

The two large Master bedrooms both have King size Beds, high count cotton sheets, with a library of pillows to facilitate your comfort needs!

~The right pillow, and a Comfy bed makes for the perfect nights rest while on Vacation!

Each bedroom is also equipped with a built-in hanging closet and drawers. There is a Flat screen smart TV. The rooms are large and full of natural light, however Black Out window coverings are in place if you are wanting to sleep in past Sunrise!
There is one large, oversized bathroom which has two sinks, a walk-in shower and a private water closet.

All linens and towels are provided with the rental. In addition, the Villa Casita is equipped with a blow dryer, make up mirror, wardrobe mirror, in room safe, a beach cooler, beach chairs and beach towels to ensure you have an easy go of it on your Vacation Holiday!

Daily housekeeping service is available for an additional nominal amount, please inquire if interested, and if you would like the casita “stocked” ahead of your arrival we have a wonderful concierge / hospitality referral who can take care of everything for you...who wants to grocery shop on vacation???

If you enjoy music, as we do, please be sure to bring your play list so you can take advantage of the wifi speaker for your listening pleasure!

The Villa Casitas also has individually controlled air conditioning and heating along with ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living area to provide the most comfortable temperature control for all the guests!

One of my favorite designs of the casitas is the large spacious outdoor living area. Very Private with amazing views makes for a great spot to relax and take it all in! There is a gas BBQ and seating for six on the patio as well.

Enjoying the fresh air and a cup of coffee while watching the Sunrise over the Sea of Cortez is a wonderful way to start the day and at days end a relaxing glass of wine or a refreshing glass of tea while watching the Sunset over the La Gigante Mountain range easily explains one of the reasons why Loreto is referred to as the “Magical Pueblo where the Desert meets the Sea”

The Courtyard has a pool for year-round enjoyment day or night. The pool is not heated other than from the Sun. Under the pergola, pool side, you will find comfy lounge chairs for sunbathing, book reading or just a little afternoon siesta. The courtyard also has a large traditional outdoor gas fireplace with a relaxing patio area, another perfect spot to share stories and relax!

You can’t miss our 150-year-old, 34-inch Bronze Bell that adorns our courtyard. It is not just to be admired; it is hung at a height to be rang! It's also a great picture opportunity to add to the memories of your "Casa Bell" Vacation!

If the ocean is calling your name our quiet Beach is the perfect spot to enjoy our Paddle boards, Kayaks or Snorkel gear. Pack the cooler, grab the beach chairs and towels and you are set to go!

A super fun, yet relaxing, day trip is to hire a private panga boat to pick you up right on our beach and take you sightseeing to Coronado Island.

You will pass by a Sea Lion Colony, possibly spot a pod of dolphins or the Manta Rays “flying” out of the water. A possible sighting of a blue whale or Orca always makes for an unexpected surprise! The water is so crystal-clear you may see turtles, and a variety of fish species. Once around to the North side of the Island you will want to stop and enjoy the secluded cove with a white sandy beach, this is a great spot to snorkel! There is also a boardwalk that allows you to explore the island without infringing on the habitat. Coranado Island is part of the Marine Park reserve, and it is absolutely beautiful!

Our Villa Casitas is located an easy 20 + - minute walk up the beach to the Historic Loreto town center or a quick 5-minute car ride / Taxi ride to town.

Loreto has three main grocery stores to satisfy your cooking needs as well as plenty of local markets.

If you choose to dine out Loreto has an abundant number of wonderful restaurants in town and most offer to cook your catch of the day. There is plenty of shopping, local artisans and quite a few watering holes for some relaxing hydration!

What we love most of all are the local People, the quaintness of town and the slow and easy pace as the days pass by.

The magic truly shines through with everyone you meet, and the smiles are endless here in our Magical Pueblo we call Loreto!

Visa, US dollar or Peso's???

There are ATMs in town that give you pesos if needed.

All three of the major grocery stores accept Visa. Most of the established resturants also accept Visa as well, but always a good idea to go prepared with US dollars or Pesos!

US dollars are accepted pretty much everywhere.

Culture & Hospitality help~

Most employees in Loreto are actually working for tips alone. The waiters and waitresses, the bagger at the grocery store, the captains (for the most) all earn their daily wage by means of tips, so please remember to show your appreciation by tipping the locals that make your vacation all that and more!

EXTERIOR work is about 80% Completed. Estimated completion date for the entire project is late 2025.

The Casita is all on one level, no interior stars. However, in order to get into the home, the entrance is up a flight of stairs. 6 steps then a small landing, and then 18 steps up to the home.

AGAIN, The Casita is built on a second story and looks down into the courtyard, with views of the Sea and the Mountain range.

That the property has two security camera's beach side, and one camera courtyard side facing the front entrance to the courtyard from the street. It does not have a view of the pool area, upstairs Villa Casita patio or stairway.
