If you are looking for a lakefront property on Lake Charlevoix, your perfect spot awaits. This charming 5-bedroom home right on the lake (200 feet of lakefront property), is the perfect location with matchless views of the lake’s north arm and its sunsets. The lodge offers middle-of-the-woods solitude, but is only a 3-mile drive to charming downtown Charlevoix. This home easily sleeps ten, in rooms that all face the lake. It has four bathrooms, a complete kitchen, a washer and dryer, and other amenities. Enjoy this very private property that includes a huge patio with tables, umbrellas and lots of lounge chairs. The property includes a dock, dive dock, natural fire pit as well as a portable fire pit, grill, and for boaters, a mooring pin. Golfers will love how close (20 minutes or less) it is to several of northern Michigan’s most beautiful courses, including Bay Harbor, Crooked Tree, Dunmaglas, the Charlevoix Country Club, and Belvedere.

Family Snow Boarding and Skiing

Great stay, family loved the house and location. Picturesque lake view, quiet and large home. Some of the family went to Boyne Mountain for snow boarding and skiing, others went into Charlevoix downtown (and came back with cherry pie). Beautiful upstate Michigan. Easy in and out, owner a pleasure to work with.

Great location

This is a lovely property. The house is old and dated. It’s was fine for us but I would use caution as many of the drawers, cabinets and screen doors do not open smoothly. One popped out and we were charged for it. Also the cleaners told the manager we left a mess which saddened us as we spent several hours tidying up according to instructions. Linens need replacing.

Lack of snow this year allowed good hikes on the path beside the road. The Lodge was the same relaxing waterfront property previously described.

Great Extended Family Vacation

The location of this property is perfect w/nice shoreline and plenty of privacy. The outdoor fire pit area is so pleasant in the evenings. The cottage is older but well maintained and can accommodate a large family or extended family w/five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Sunsets at this property can't be beat!

A relaxed get-a-way

This is probably one of the earliest built structures in a gorgeous wooded small peninsula on a west facing shore of incredible Lake Charlevoix. Now positioned amidst a high end neighborhood, it is better described as a remodeled large cabin built around a huge downstairs open fireplace with amazing ambiance. Close to town amenities yet quiet and secluded, it is perfect for nature walks among local fauna and flora. Entering on the upper 4 bedroom level to get to the lower main living area, with an additional bedroom, may not be convenient for some. The mineral tasting water and outdated kitchen could be revealed in advance.

Great family cabin!

This was a great place. A homey cabin that was perfect for our family reunion. The kids loved the huge yard to run around and the parents loved the fire pit and sunsets. We will always look for this place when back in Charlevoix! The hosts were very prompt communicators and accommodating as well.

Large roomy house that has a cottage feel with views of the lake? Yes please! With a full kitchen five bedrooms and a terrific living room? YES!! Love love this place. We were all comfy with tons of privacy and more than enough bathrooms! If we could, we would buy it in a heartbeat!

Home away from home. Perfection.

The property is beautiful and the design of the house gives every room a view of the lake. It is a very comfortable and gracious home. Working with Debbie to find dates that worked for us and for family was easy. We are already planning our visit for next year. This is my first experience renting a home, in case via VRBO, and it was an excellent experience.

Nice place for our family vacation

It was a really nice location for our family. The property was large and secluded from neighbors, the house was clean with plenty of bathrooms, and it has easy access into the lake for our little kids.

Great Lake Charlevoix location

This Lake Charlevoix property was ideal for our large family with five bedrooms, all over looking the lake, and three and a half baths. The views of the lake were stunning. The owners were very helpful and we had use of their kayaks, water boards.and lots of lawn games.everyone had a great time.
