Beach Day

We rented this unit for the Luke Bryan concert. The location was perfect to the Wharf. The unit is nicely updated. Out favorite part was to sit out back and enjoy the view and breeze. Would book again!

Great place

First time in Orange Beach Alabama and hope its not the last. Loved this condo, clean, easy access to beach and access with owners. Pool was clean and I have to say the beach was clean!! Quiet and comfy, perfect for up to 4 people. Thanks for sharing the condo with us :)

Great views

The ocean views are the best aspect of this location. The property is smaller than it looks on the listing. We were beach dwellers, so we didn’t need much space. Make sure you bring ALL paper products, including coffee filters & TP (if you will need more than one roll for your stay). Nothing is provided. No ice maker or ice trays so bring some with you. I would stay here again. No more than 2 or 3 people would be comfortable for longer than a few days, or if rainy.

Perfect location

Condo was clean , beautiful right on the beach. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins everyday. We used the pool quite a bit too. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay and here’s why: 1. The location is right in between OB and GS so convenient to everything. 2. Short boardwalk and walk to beach 3. Parking is easy 4. Condo was great, clean, renovated(different looking from pictures, nicer!) 5. They had a closet full of beach supplies and a beach wagon! 6. Pool 7. Next door if the Hilton garden inn that you can walk to and get drinks from their bar. They also have an outdoor Corn hole and giant connect four game area 10. Management was very responsive and friendly. We loved it! We have stayed at 10 different locations in OB and GS over the past 10yrs and this was our favorite. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Girls trip

The property we rented was nice but the second day we had a pipe burst, water everywhere but the property manager was on the ball and had us moved to a new condo. The new condo was awesome and location was perfect. A great time was had by all.

Orange Beach

Property was perfect. Two bed, two bath, beautiful balcony, right on the beach. Very clean and having the kitchen saved us a bunch of money as we all enjoy cooking, anyway.

Our only issues, were there was not enough seating for 4 people to sit at on time in the living room and visit. The wooden chair had broken planks. There was no storage for our clothes.

Would stay again - almost perfect

The location was great, the price was good, the unit was good, communication with the host/property manager was good - until it wasn't. We stayed for a week and found it to be everything we needed for a family get away. We were looking for utility and not luxury and that is what we got, so we were very satisfied. Our view was perfect and Gulf front, the beds were good, theu unit was clean and well stocked equipped. We had one issue at check in (ceiling fan in living area would not work) so we messaged the manager who responded "did you make sure all of the switches were on". Of course we did, and I let them know that and that we were still having problems. Their response was no response. Crickets. Not a big deal, it was just the fan (I also checked the breaker as well) but the radio silence was unexpected and a mark against the owner. Then, the TV in the master BR stopped working and no amount of following the printed direction or trouble shooting would not work. Overall, this is not a luxury resort - but that is not what we were looking for. I would stay again, but would hope for much better communication this time.

Great location and view of the beach. Quiet, clean, and perfect vaction.

Pros: great 2 bedroom right on the beach with a beach view from the balcony. Full kitchen and washer/dryer great for an extended stay. Close to great restaurants. The boardwalk to the beach and the pool were nice and well maintained. Cons (not really, just suggestions): A couple of upgrades would be nice. Upgrade to mattress and pillows, both were a little hard for our taste. Upgrade to appliances, specifically a fridge with an ice maker would be a welcome addition.

Awesome location

We loved the location being right on the beach and the view was great. Our 3 kids range is age from 4 up to 13 and enjoyed the beach and the pool. Really liked the deck furniture and the wagon and sand toys. Just a couple of suggestions would make it better: the unit lacked an ice maker or ice trays, a cooler for the beach, beach towels, coffee filters, and any spices like salt and pepper. Also only had a few cups in the cupboard. Some cheap plastic cups would work just fine there. Other than that it was great.

Amazing views

We had an amazing week in this condo. The water was very clear and the beach was beautiful! The condo has nice furniture, though the master bedroom mattress is very firm, so just be aware. Very easy access to the beach and the pool area is nice as well. I would highly recommend this condo!
