This one of a kind beautifully remodeled home sits in a prime location on the Steinhatchee River. Located just minutes away from the gulf, stores, marinas and restaurants, you will love the convenience. Additionally, a huge dock outside to keep your boat at, you will find the accommodations perfect. We have been hosting for several years now and our guest keep returning.
Some important things to note about this property, PLEASE NOTE ⭐️
⭐️ both bathrooms are inside bedrooms, no common area bathroom.*

⭐️ we have an outside security camera for your protection and ours.”

Great place to stay in Steinhatchee

Great house on the river where you can sit back in a lawn chair and watch the boats/works go by. Owners were very easy to work with and the overall experience was superb.

PERFECT for scalloping

We brought our boat for our first every scalloping trip, and it ended up being the best vacation we’ve ever taken the kids on. The house is right on the river and we were on scallops within about 20ish minutes of leaving the dock. Perfect little cleaning station at the house. The dock itself wasn’t ideal for our toddler but the screened lanai over looking had a locking door so we hung out there and watched the guys clean the scallops. It was perfect. The house itself was perfect and fully equipped. The only tiny complaint we had was with Steinhatchee itself which is a SMALL town. No groceries closer than a 20min drive. So plan ahead for that 😂 There is a PHENOMONAL taco truck within a block, as well as pizza delivery and multiple restaurants so shopping and cooking is not necessary. Can also take your scallops to be prepared for you at some of the local spots

2nd time staying…still in love

We loved staying at this property. I had everything my family needed to stay entertained. We enjoyed the easy access to our boat ad scalloping. Love having the washer/ dryer to keep up with the laundry. Such a great experience again. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Paradise on the water

When we pulled in, we knew it was exactly what we needed. Huge dock, very spacious home for our family of 4 and came with many additional items we were able to utilize instead of purchase, if needed. Short boat ride to where we went scalloping. Communication was great. Would definitely rent again

Wonderful stay in Steinhatchee

The property and location we're perfect. Could not have asked for better. The hosts we very friendly and helpful when we needed them. Caught speckled trout, flounder and crabs. Delicious. We had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. We'll be going back.

Surprise trip for my husband and our son

I surprised my husband with this Trip for his 50th Birthday. They had a great time! Loved the location and had a blast fishing.. only negative was the water spicket at the fish cleaning station outside was broken but they reached out to the property manager and said they would send someone to look at it and fix it but it still wasn't fixed by the time they left. Other than that they loved it and cannot wait for their next trip! Thank you

Relaxation on the river

Nice place!

Guys fishing trip

Weather was cold and windy but the accommodations kept us warm and toasty! Would have appreciated the raccoon leaving my boat footprint free!

River House

Great river house right over the top of the water. House looks recently renovated, clean and spacious inside. Nice screened porch over looking the river. Large deck and a large flooting dock with tie-downs. Bring your boat or fish from the dock!

If you like fishing

I have stayed at multiple location in the state of Florida and I can say that this place had everything. Electric hook up for charging batteries, water hose for cleaning your boat a wonderful fish cleaning table and lights for the lower deck that lit up like a stadium. Great place will be back.

Spectacular location on the Steinhatchee River!

My family and I loved this adorable cottage on the water. Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and readily available. We will definitely be back!

Steinhatchee Fall 2022 - Adorable with amazing views!

This place is absolutely adorable! Super clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The screened in porch and the dock were perfect for watching the sun set - and the sunsets were amazing! Location was perfect as well, we could have walked to most restaurants. And all the locals were friendly! We are definitely coming back next year - hopefully this place will be available!
