Great location & Facilities

We had an overall wonderful stay at this location. The view was gorgeous and check in was very easy. When we arrived, there were a few things that needed to be wiped down: microwave, counter, front of dishwasher & bathroom counter. There was also an issue with a shower head in one of the bathrooms. When I sent a text to property management, they were quick to offer to send housekeeping to fix those issues (I had already done those things as I didn’t realize they would send someone) and had someone come the following day to adjust the leaky shower head. Management was very responsive and helpful. The listing stated that it was recently updated, but some things did seem a tad outdated. None of this affected our stay and everything was functional and condo was efficient. The quick trip down to the beach was great and we were grateful to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Beautiful 15th top floor views right on the beach. The condo was updated, clean and cozy for my small family. Easy access to the beach and nice seating on the balcony. The kitchen needed a few items like sharper scissors, a baking pan, and potholders, but we adapted. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful Spot

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything was as expected! Don’t forget to bring along pretty much anything you need in the kitchen, as very little is provided. Besides that though, everything was great!

Relaxing Long Weekend

The property was as stated. Great views! Beautiful patio to relax and enjoy the breeze and ocean waves. The property had most everything we needed to enjoy our stay! It was great to take the elevator directly down to the pool and beach area!

Housekeeping lacking...bathroom drawers dirty; Trash & dust bunnies under beds. A/C filter was filthy and we had two kids using asthma inhalers. Laminate floor was sticky and every step makes a noise. Ottoman in LR has a tear and little white balls fall out on the floor. Hallway door won't close. Coffee maker single pod won't brew. Listing states $25 parking pass, we paid $55.

Great place

Check in was a breeze. The best thing about this unit is it is on the top floor! It was very nice and quiet all around. Very nice indoor pool with 3 hot tubs if the weather doesn't cooperate. Fitness center isn't great, but there are 2 private saunas to enjoy! Will book again when we return to Orange Beach

Absolutely perfect!

It was exactly as the pictures and was perfect for our family of 5! I loved that the kids room had 3 beds so no one had to live on the couch for a week! It was so clean and everything was perfect! You can’t get a view like the 15th door beach front! I will 100% be coming back with my family and possibly friends! Thank you!

The little kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and we loved the piece of mind knowing that they were close by in the same room. Great sized condo for a trip with grandparents and kids!

The complex itself is mindful of everyone's needs and has good rules to ensure this. The unit had great views and was well furnished with everything but a blender. I would definitely rent there again.

Family vacation orange beach

Loved the condo. Just as pictured with awesome beach views from top floor. Would definitely book for future visits. Also loved the personal guest book and seashell collection. Kids had a blast.

Great Condo

We had a great stay at this property. It is super easy to get to the beach and has a great view of the ocean. The pool area was very well kept and clean. The condo itself was very clean and had an “at home” feel. The property was close to lots of entertainment and food places. We will definitely consider this property for further visits.

Cleanliness is very important to me and I have to say it was clean! Although I bring my own bed linens, I was surprised to see the most wrinkled sheets ever. It was like they were in a basket for a week then put on the bed. This condo was nicely decorated and the chairs on the balcony was comfortable. Orange Beach has always been my second home.
