The house is located on a broken tip with exceptional sea view 180 ° on white backgrounds, the islet Lougarou and the François islets. The land overlooks a sandy beach with walking access to white backgrounds, you can swim in turquoise water and admire the seabed.
South of the villa is a sheltered cove in the mangroves with access to the private jetty.
The large terrace allows to enjoy breathtaking views, there is no opposite.
The islets of Robert and Francis are easily accessible, and all types of water sports. Ideal location in the center of the island to visit the South and the North.

The villa is furnished in colonial style on 2 levels comprising:
- 4 rooms on the ground floor: 1 dining room and 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 3 rooms with ceiling fans and two bathrooms / toilets.

Excellent séjour

La villa est très spacieuse! Parfait pour un séjour en famille car tout le monde a sa salle de bain! L’emplacement est top et la vue sur la mer magnifique! Le seul point négatif est l’accès (les derniers 900m) qui est un peu chaotique mais rien de méchant non plus!

Superbe vue

Tout d'abord, je remercie Agnès pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et pour tous les renseignements qu'elle nous a donné donné. Je vais essayer de vous faire un compte rendu complet. La maison a notre arrivée était très propre et le plateau de petit déjeuner et d'apéritif était parfait. La maison est très spacieuse, la literie est très bonne et la clim dans les chambres est très appréciable. En ce qui concerne les serviettes de toilette, de plage et les torchons, c'était parfait. La machine à laver le linge a été très appréciée. Les terrasses et salons de jardin tout autour de la maison sont très appréciable pour se protéger du vent ou de la pluie. La vue est SUPERBE. Par contre dommage: - que la plage en contrebas ne soit pas nettoyée, d'autant plus qu'avec les sargasses l'odeur était très très forte, et remontait par moment vers la maison. - que le chemin d'accès soit dans cet état (: la voiture et les passagers n'apprécient pas trop......les 5 dernières minutes. Pour les activités, nous avons voulu faire du kayak, mais sans crochet d'attelage, il faut les descendre à pied et il y en a qui est très lourd, donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter, dommage. La piscine étant hors sol et ronde, nous n'en avons pas beaucoup profité. Nous avons été nous baigner à la mer en descendant le chemin face à la terrasse, avec des chaussures pouvant aller à la mer. Sinon, nous avons visité l'île, sauf le quart nord ouest, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les différences de végétation et de paysage (un peu moins tous les virages, nous ne sommes pas habitués :) ) Nous avons fait pas mal de marche, et votre bloc de randonnée nous a été fort utile. Pour ma part, j'ai beaucoup aimé votre île avec un coup de coeur pour Les anses d'Arlet. En effet, j'ai pu nager avec les tortues et avec les poissons. J'avais l'impression de nager dans un aquarium :) Il suffit d'y aller pendant l'heure de midi ou le soir et là il n'y a plus personne dans l'eau (sauf les poissons :) ) Nous sommes allés visiter l'habitation clément et l'habitation belfort (producteur de bananes). Les 2 visites étaient très bien. Pour conclure, je reviendrais en martinique :) et pour ma part j'ai apprécié votre maison même si elle est très exentrée.

Superbe emplacement, vue magnifique, très ventilé, situation facilitant l’exploration de l’île.

L’emplacement dominant la mer est magnifique et très reposant. Les différentes terrasses permettent de bénéficier du vent ou de s’en abriter. Dommage que l’arrivée des sargasses ait compliqué l’accès aux plages proches. L’équipement de la maison est très complet et permet de loger un petit groupe sans problème.

Excellent séjour

Organisation et accueil parfaits. Grande maison spacieuse et idéale pour une grande famille (nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants). Un grand terrain avec une vue absolument magnifique. Nous conseillons fortement cette location.

Best View in the Caribbean. Wonderful House and landscape.

Our whole family visited Agnes's house in Le Robert. There were nine of us and the house accommodated us very nicely. The view was spectacular and we happened to be there on a full moon which made it even more so. The pool was very refreshing, especially after being out at beaches during the daytime. Two reasons for not giving it a five rating. the driveway was very treacherous on the cars we rented. It took quite a while each day to drive in and out because the road was washed out. The second thing was that the beach at the house was unusuable due to an inundation of nasty seaweed that had filled the entire cove. It was so bad that when the breeze was in our direction it smelled terrible. I understand they dont have this problem all the time, but it might do to ask if there is seaweed before you go if being at the beach is your main goal which was one of ours. We visited many nice beaches in Martinique and we found the people there to be very friendly. There is a very nice reef which is within swimming distance of the shore but again because of the seaweed, we had to walk a while to get around it into the water.

Une vue magique !!

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce cadre idyllique. Nous étions 2 familles avec enfants et avons pu profiter de la practicité de la maison mais surtout de sa vue incroyable dont on ne se lasse jamais. La situation idéale de la maison (au bout du bout d'une pointe mais à 15 minutes environ du Robert) permet de se balader aussi bien au Sud, qu'au Nord de l'Ile. L'accueil et l'aide de Sandrine et Bruno durant notre séjour nous ont été aussi très précieux.

amazing

We, group of 10, stayed at this beatiful place for a week. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Martinique, so you can explore the whole island without driving to much. The views at the villa are wonderful, such beautiful surrondings to enjoy. The villa is spacious and has everything you need. Just a tiny thing we have missed are some sunbeds in the garden. Agnes and Sandrine are very helpfull. If we come bach to Martinique, we would certainly stay here again.

Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique en famille (9 personnes, la plupart en couple, semi seniors et jeunes adultes). La villa, très bien équipée et excellemment située est une carte postale de rêve à elle seule. L'espace qu'elle offre à l'intérieur, a permis à toutes nos cellules familiales de vivre ensemble mais dans le respect de l'intimité de chacune. La cuisine est dotée de tout le matériel nécessaire et est généreusement fournie en produits, bien plus qu'en produits de base, permettant ainsi une spontanéité culinaire appréciable. L'accueil et l'ensemble des services fournis par Sandrine et Agnès sont remarquables. Leurs interventions (quand nécessaires) rendent le séjour fluide et leurs conseils sur tout ce qui touche à votre séjour sont nombreux. Enfin, les petits restaurants aux alentours sont de précieuses adresses pour se fournir en plats traiteur. La patronne du Kay Lailenn notamment cuisine de succulents plats locaux, à des prix serrés et aux portions généreuses. Sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité sont rares. Lieu de séjour à recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Excellent accueil et disponibilité de Sandrine dans cette habitation familiale de vacances , facile à vivre , dans un grand parc entretenu qui renforce le spectacle permanent sur la mer que l'on domine du séjour lumineux et de la terrasse . nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de nos hôtes pour dépannage et l’accès aux activités nautiques , un grand plus . sa situation à l'extrémité de Pointe la Rose permet un grand calme , de la ventilation , de l'espace et toujours cette vue splendide . ce séjour nous a permis une belle pose entre grands parents , enfants et petits enfants dans l'esprit de cette habitation . Wonderful Christmas Vacation

We stayed at this lovely villa for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays. This villa was just perfect for our large family. Although there were 11 of us, there was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together or to be alone and just read or relax. The property is absolutely stunning and the view are truly breathtaking. The grounds are well-maintained, and there is a path directly to the beach, where we spent much of our vacation swimming and snorkeling. The home itself is very spacious. There are 5 bedrooms, all of which are large and comfortable, with plenty of closet and storage space. The bathrooms are all very roomy, with showers downstairs and a large tub upstairs. The kitchen was a delightful surprise! Lots of counter space to work on, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are outside tables as well as a dining area inside. The living room is large and airy, with a very large, comfortable couch. The ocean breezes flow through the house and keep it cool and peaceful. The pool was lovely and we spent several hours in there every day. The outside patios which surround the home have plenty of tables and chairs. The setting is lush and beautiful, surrounded by fields and a small forest and you feel as though you are the only inhabitants. There are walking and hiking trails all around the area if you feel like exploring! There is also a marina nearby where you can rent a boat for the day or arrange a boat tour to the surrounding islands. Agnes and Sandrine took splendid care of us. They were always available when we had a question or needed information. If we had a problem, they came out immediately to help us! The neighbors are also very friendly and gave us excellent advice about boat tours and other beach areas to visit. If you are considering bringing your family to Martinique, you couldn't find a more perfect place to stay.

Avoir la mer et la piscine à portée de mains est particulièrement apréciable. Ce sont de vraies vacances avec un dépaysement total sans vis à vis. C'est un emplacement idéal au calme mais avec la possibilité de faire beaucoup de choses. Nous recommandons vivement cette location avec des propriétaires absoluments charmants et très accueillants. Site exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet endroit magique qui bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle. Le dépaysement y est garanti et la tranquillité est absolue. Il n' y a aucun vis à vis et le logement est conforme aux photos. L'accueil de l'agence et le panier de bienvenue sont appréciables. La plage située à 5 min à pieds permet de profiter d'une mer calme et d'une eau transparente. La piscine abritée du vent garantit un bon moment de détente. Le fait qu'elle soit hors sol la rendait plus sécuritaire pour nous qui avons des jeunes enfants. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
