Come experience the most comfortable condo on the beach. This is a cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath with everything you need to enjoy a family vacation or a romantic get away. You'll enjoy breathtaking views from the balcony.
Walks along pristine beaches with sugar white sand. Signal Hill golf course is across the street. Enjoy the attractions and water sports. You can't beat the variety of restaurants serving up delicious seafood, fresh flavor and local flare. Avid golfers and seniors will enjoy the convenience of no wait elevators.

Our 3rd floor view is stunning. The white sand and palm trees against a canvas of the emerald blue green Gulf will take your blood pressure to new lows.

Back to comfort; Restoration Hardware designers put it all together with their showcase sectional, "The Cloud". The most comfortable couch in the world. We can vouch for the rumors - twenty minutes turns into two hours. You will be on beach time ASAP.
The newly furnished living room has a 55" 4k Ultra HDTV outfitted with Netflix.

The King and Queen size beds are new Beauty Rest Heavenly beds. The Master bedroom has 16 ft. of floor to ceiling windows - the largest window space of any floor plan. For late sleepers, the windows are outfitted with blackout curtains. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, 42” HDTV with cable. Master bath featuring a walk in shower, large garden tub, and double sinks.

The kitchen is Triathlete ready with a Vitamix 750 blender. Healthy smoothies are a snap! All new stainless steel appliances installed March 2018.

The Second Bedroom features a new Queen size bed, 46” HDTV with cable, large 6 drawer dresser and closet.

The patio is large and the Restoration Hardware cushioned chairs are very comfortable. When you are on the patio, you feel like part of the action because you are so close to the beach. Morning coffee typically runs into lunch.

Laundry room has a new washer and dryer 2023.

Covered Parking is super convenient. You can park very close to the building elevators. There are valet carts downstairs to transfer your bags to the condo front door. The carts do not enter into the condo.

Best unit I have ever stayed in!

Hands down, the best unit we have ever stayed in. Not only was it gorgeous, but Susan has thought of absolutely everything you would ever need at the beach. Security was an added bonus with 2 16 year old daughters. We will definitely come back!

The most beautiful condo I ever seen!!!!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, decorated with great taste. Very clean, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Equipped with everything a family with children needs during their vacation! And much more!!! We had a wonderful time in a beautiful place!! Highly recommended !!!!!!

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

This condo is so peaceful and relaxing. It has all things you need fior an enjoyable vacation. Spacious master bedroom and bath with ocean view. Living Room with a comfy couch and TV. Full kitchen from coffee mugs to wine glasses. Great balcony to drink your morning coffee and watch he beautiful sunset in the evening. Communication with hosts is fantastic. Look forward to visiting again soon.

5 STARS for this ONE!!!!!!!!

We booked this unit to celebrate our 10th Anniversary at the beach, and we were so glad we did! Susan & Hank have an absolutely gorgeous condo! The décor was beautiful (Pottery Barn) and very comfortable. Susan thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay so enjoyable. Oh, and if you like a comfortable bed, this is your unit!!! My husband is very picky about where he sleeps, and we had no issues with the bed being uncomfortable. The ocean views were spectacular, and we enjoyed the sunrises, sunsets, and listening to the music from the balcony. We had no problems during our stay and being on the 3rd floor made it so easy to get to and from the condo. We hope to be repeat customers, in the near future. Thank you, again, for letting us enjoy your “little piece of heaven” and for all the little things that made us feel right at home. God bless!

Absolutely perfect!

The condo is beautiful and the location is great! Such a short distance to the beach and the staff keeps everything so clean and safe. Every detail was thought of in this condo. The couch and beds were so comfy. The elevators are fast, parking is so easy, and there are carts galore for your convenience. The owners are so easy to get in touch with and gave us great dining options to try. We will definitely be returning!

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at The Boardwalk! I loved being on the 3rd floor as I am not a fan of heights. Susan was wonderful to work with and the condo had everything we needed for both fun and cleaning. This was absolutely the cleanest condo upon check-in that I've ever experienced. No sand on the floor, counter tops, on in the showers. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Amazing Condo on the Beach

We were in Panama City Beach for a girls trip and stayed at the condo. It’s just steps from the pool and beach. We enjoyed watching the water and beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the beach. Hank and Susan were very responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s the perfect place to stay for couples, families or a trip with friends. Can’t wait to visit again!

AMAZING CONDO!!

Everything was so smooth from booking and until we arrived. The owners were so kind and helpful. They listed wonderful places to eat and activities galore! The Place to Stay

This was perfectly located on the 3rd level with an amazing view from the dining and living area. The view from the master bedroom was also quite stunning. Property was immaculate and the pictures did not do it justice. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful Condo

This was our 3rd time to vacation in Panama City Beach. This condo was by far the best one we have stayed at. It has all the amenities you could ever need. It is decorated beautifully. An Incredible Property, with an Incredible View!!!

This is one of the cleanest properties I have stayed at. The linens are incredible, and I just had to request the information to order a set of sheets and pillows for myself. Best sleep I have had in years. The place is so clean, and inviting. It feels like you are staying at a family condo. The Boardwalk is a perfect getaway stay. We enjoyed the short walk to our beach, and nightly entertainment at the pool side bar. Great drinks and food. I highly recommend this property.

This was our second visit to this condo and both times our expectations have been exceeded. It has a great location, is well cared for, has a wonderful view of the beach and lots of parking. The owners, the Hendersons, could not have been more helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect!

The condo is as beautiful as the photos show. From check-in to check-out we had zero issues. I was very pleased to see that everything that was advertised was actually at the condo and in excellent condition. The condo was well equipped with everything that we needed and more. Susan was very quick to respond to the few questions that I had. My personal favorite part of the condo is the balcony. The furniture is is cozy and the views are amazing.
