The Diamond in the Desert home is designed and furnished with the most cleanly vacation minded traveler. This home will exceed all your vacation rental expectations when it comes to accommodations, LOCATION, comfort and an overall genuine cleanliness. This home is 2171 sq. ft. with four large bedrooms, and 2 spacious bathrooms, a game room, open concept family/living area and great backyard with a covered patio and artificial turf. We can't forget about the LIME Tree! The house is located in the Cobblestone Farms subdivision and has easy access to Apex Motor Club, The Duke and Southern Dunes Golf Courses, Restaurants and all of Maricopa’s Shopping stores. There is so much to take advantage of in this house! It is also situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, so it is rare to have cars driving down the street. This makes for a quiet night sleep!
All flooring has been updated with Tile and Wood Vinyl Planks (no carpet). Window Coverings are Shutters to keep out the Arizona Heat and Sun when needed. Community pool, parks and splash pad are just an 5 min walk away. (Key access is provided) (Pool is not heated)
Here is a brief description of the rooms this property has to offer, be sure to look at all the photos to see first hand the great accommodation the house has to offer. First the game rm has a pool table which is perfect for family and friends to spend some time playing and enjoying time together. There is also a ping pong top that sits on top of the pool table too as another option! Next you enter the open concept kitchen/dining/family room. This sizable space is perfect for entertaining, cooking and eating family meals. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances, and has lots and lots of counter space along with an island for meal preparation. Additionally you will find so many small appliances and utensils needed to cook like you are at home! The 8 person dining room table is a great place for meals and for playing games! The family room sectional completes the open concept living by providing lots of comfortable seating for watching a Smart TV, visiting with family and friends or maybe for a quick nap.

The four large bedrooms in this house offer lots of room to spread out. Closets and dressers are here for your use. There are hangers in each closet and a blow dryer in both bathrooms. The Primary Bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, soaking tub, water closet and a large dual vanity sink. Additionally, off the primary bathroom is a HUGE walk-in closet.

The other three bedrooms all have queen mattresses and again offer lots of space and large closets. The main bathroom is easily accessible by these additional bedrooms. There is a huge closet in the hallway too that has most of the cleaning products and pool towels.
Playpen and booster feeding chair are available on request at no charge.
If needed during your stay , we have a sizable laundry room which is furnished with a set of large capacity washer and dryer. The house also has a long driveway leading to a two car garage in which many vehicles can be parked .
The covered back patio is one of the best places in the house. Arizona is beautiful in the winter and many people come to escape the cold winter all across the US and Canada. The outside patio is accessed via the back sliding glass door in the family room and has a propane BBQ equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. Additionally, the patio is furnished with custom patio furniture that is fully covered!

Maricopa is a small town located approximately 15/20 miles south of the Phoenix area. Just a short drive up state highway 347 and you are in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and all of the many other suburbs of Phoenix. Tucson is about an hour's drive south of Maricopa and has lots of unique and fun things to do. There is lots of history in the state of Arizona and many of these places can be reached on a day time drive.
We welcome many Apex Motor Club visitors and their families! Apex is our Exclusive Arizona Race Track and Luxury Car Club located just a couple miles away.
If you like to gamble, Harrah's Ak Chin Casino is within a few miles of the house. Next to the casino is the Ak-Chin Circle Entertainment Center, here you will find, movie theaters, a bowling alley, an arcade, laser tag, restaurants, sports bar, lounge and an ice cream shop. You can spend many hours here having lots of fun. Additionally, there is the Copper Sky Recreation Area which boasts a huge training facility, swimming pools, outdoor basketball, tennis, fishing, dog park etc. Also nearby is The Duke and Southern Dunes Golf courses both fun to play and easy to get a tee time.
