High end remodel. Nicest in Ocean Walk-Ground level!

The new owners looked at every single "for sale" condo at Ocean Walk and had to have this one. And then they decorated it beautifully. 2 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms. New beds, new kitchen appliances, new floors, washer/dryer, everything is new! The Emmons Realty agent writing this description obviously loves this place. There is so much to do at Ocean Walk - Fishing in the pond, tennis, a new pickle ball court, ping pong table, heated pool, workout room, or just relaxing and feeding the ducks. Short walk to the Village. It's a really strong addition to the Emmons Realty Vacation Rental pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location for walking to the village and very nice with the tennis court in pool. The condo was very clean. My only suggestion would be to do something about the tub drains. Both tubs were filling with water while showering because the drains would not stay open. I used clips to hold one open and pulled the drain plug out of the other one so that the shower water would drain out of the tub.

We like the place. It’s in a nice location. But, I went through VRBO because we thought it was going through The owner. I was very disappointed that this was listed Through a realtor. I will never use VRBO again.I had to pay fees to you and fees to the realtor and I could never get a hold of one person to talk to. I know you care but I’m very disappointed!! Theresa Button

Lovely condo

This was such a lovely get away and the condo was wonderful. It’s in a great location, well lit for walking in the evening, pretty pond with ducks. The building is older and so well maintained. The condo itself is perfect. Everything is updated, and the decor is lovely. Would stay again!!! It’s probably one of the best condos in this building that has been impeccably updated

Negatives—the couch is beginning to show its age, the dryer leaves black marks on clothing, and there is no Swiffer or wet mop available. 6 weeks is a long time without washing the lovely tile floors.The location is wonderful, close to everything you wish to visit. We love St Simons.
