INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Large enough for everyone to be together and still have space to spread out. A large dining room table sets up for the perfect family dinners and game nights. Flip the switch to turn on the gas fireplace for a relaxing evening in front of the large flat screen. The basement offers additional gathering space, one the younger guests tend to claim as their own!

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Serve up a cup of coffee and enjoy on the front porch while the sun rises. Unwind on the screened in porch with a glass of wine or share stories around the fire pit under the stars or turn on the strung Edison party lights.

Parking for 2 cars along the street in front of the house, please park off the road as much as possible, tuck a 3rd car between the house and the shed. Nearby overflow parking for extra cars.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity.
4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard*, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding* and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Sweet Digs rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house for families. Lots of space & the screened in porch was like an extension of the house adding more living space. Good bedroom space as well & perfect for kids of all ages. The close proximity to the playground was an extra bonus. Nice fire pit area as well. The only negative would be that the floors needed to be wet mopped or at least wet swiffered between guests.

Hope it is kept in good condition. Total bummer if it didn't work. Things need fixing: dishwasher kick plate comes out every time dishwasher is used. trash left under couches/beds from previous renters. In half bath splatter on baseboard. Under rim of toilets black/moldy. Outdoor faucet leaks in use. Outdoor water control valve goes to extremely hot - constantly adjust to cooler. Mark on wall across from toilet in upstairs bathroom there upon arrival. Dangerous having trash pick up in front of play ground. Have picked up glass there several times. Internet slow. No cable TV this year. Towel hook off wall in downstairs bathroom. You asked so we got our thoughts together. Have re-signed up for another year so over all very satisfied. Have stayed there several times so notice things.

This property was perfect for our family! Plenty of space! Only inside downfall was the dirty floors, our feet were Black after walking across them barefoot. We were also surprised to find the lack of lawn care throughout the Boardwalk.

Digs was Dirty

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was in a great quiet location and has a fantastic layout. The only problem was that when we arrived at 11 pm it hadn't been cleaned. As the office was closed at that time, we had to spend several hours cleaning. The next day the office staff were extremely apologetic and sent a crew, but by then there wasn't much for them to do except spend over an hour cleaning the grill. Was not a great start to the vacation. In addition, as much as we cleaned, the rug in the living room and the carpet in the basement were black with filth. Not easy to see my 1 year old grandson crawl around on that. Plus when we went to do some laundry, the washer was covered in mold. We won't stay at this house again, but we'll be back as Beachwalk is a perfect place to take a family vacation. The pool, beach, playground, etc were fantastic and staff were top notch!

Dunes weekend

This property was ideal for our family weekend. The open downstairs allowed all 11 of us to be together while meals were being prepared. The downstairs family room was not big enough for all of us but we never had a time when we all needed to be downstairs. Beachwalk has wonderful recreation options and a boardwalk that leads to the beach. We could go out our backdoor and enter a playground. The kitchen had all of the cooking equipment and plates & silverware that we needed. We had preschool age children and there were plenty of plates and utensils for them.

Wonderful house

This was a great house - one of the better layouts we’ve stayed in plus lots of room for everyone in our group. The kitchen and dining / living areas were very open too so we didn’t bump into each other cooking meals. Great screened in back porch, golf cart, porch swing, so many great things to say!

Sweet Digs is pretty sweet

Overall very good. Very clean. Nice dining table for family. Basement area is good for kids old enough to sleep in bunks. Crib and high chair would be appreciated. The stove needs replaced. The porch swing and back porch were wonderful!

The screened in porch is really nice and the fire pit and golf cart were well utilized. The grandkids loved having their own space in the basement and the bunk beds. The beds were super comfortable. The house is within walking distance of the community pool and Kai Lake. Highly recommend this home. Also the Beachwalk staff was very accommodating.

Wonderful family vacation

We had the best few days at Beachwalk resort! The lake, pool and all amenities were great! The house was so beautiful, set up was perfect for us especially with small grandkids. Clean comfortable and had everything we needed. The golf cart made getting around a breeze and so fun for the kids! Beautiful home and community. We will be back!

Great Property!

My ladies golf team stayed in this property for our annual golf trip - it was amazing! The screened porch was the best spot to hang out and the kitchen was amazingly-well stocked! The bed linens could use a refresh, but that's the only suggestion I'd have.

Excellent Rental

We had the best time staying at Sweet Digs! The home was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you would need to have fun at the pool and beach! The home was great for young kids! We loved the fire pit and golf cart. The location of the home was perfect as well! Would definitely come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great beach rental.
