As part of an association, the grounds are meticulously maintained and include a kid-friendly beach with a shallow swim area, a playground, basketball/pickleball court, etc. There are two docks and a float off the main beach and two additional docks and a float at a second beach about 50 feet north. A boat slip for up to a 22' long boat is available for your use, but must be reserved prior to your stay and must be registered in New York. Several area marinas will rent boats by the hour, day and week, or you may bring your own. Two kayaks and a stand up paddle-board are available for your use.

If you want take a break from fun on the water, close by are great hiking trails, the Silver Bay YMCA with kids’ camp and day passes, the quaint Hague village, the popular Wind Chill ice cream and the larger Ticonderoga community for convenient shopping.

This is a two-story home. The first floor has central air and includes an eat-in kitchen, a living room with a wood stove within a classic stone fireplace, a screened-in porch, all with views of the lake. Also on the first floor are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a bathtub and a shower. Upstairs is a large family room with beautiful views of the lake, a bedroom with window a/c, and full bathroom with shower. The family room also has a bar area with a sink and small refrigerator, and plenty of room for kids to play on a rainy day.

The property has outdoor patio areas for dining and relaxing, with a grill, a picnic table, a smaller table with umbrella, lawn chairs and recliners.
