This is a very beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the top floor that is as close as you can get to the point of the building in a 2 bedroom unit. This location allows for absolutely spectacular ocean views from the private balcony off the living room and master bedroom.

The balcony is equipped with very comfortable outdoor furniture allowing for enjoyment of the unobstructed views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean.

The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation. The refrigerator has a filtered - water ice maker system. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with extra seating available at the bar.

The living area is well accessorized with plenty of comfortable seating for the entire family. For accommodating those additional guests the sofa opens up to a queen sized bed. There is a flat screen TV and other entertainment equipment and WiFi is also provided throughout the unit.

The master bedroom has a king bed and access out to the private balcony. There is a private bath with walk-in shower. There is also a flat screen TV in the master as well.

The second bedroom is furnished with a set of bunks (adult sized twins) and a double bed. This bedroom is equipped with a TV as well. Just outside the bedroom door is an additional full bath with tub and shower combination.

Just down the hallway from the second bathroom is the laundry area complete with washer and dryer.

This condo is light, bright, spacious and furnished to help make your vacation at the beach one you will not soon forget – maximum views included!!

The Shipwatch Villas building has an elevator, plus the Shipwatch complex has a community swimming pool.

PLEASE NOTE: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

another great stay

Our family had another great vacation in this condo. We saw new things this year, Arthur!!! This is a great place to stay, and our girls were very happy that wifi was added. If you want a great FAMILY vacation, this is the place!!!

great Topsail vacation spot

My family and I stayed at this condo June 30, 2012-July 7, 2012. The view is great, the location is quiet and slow paced. The condo had everything that we needed to have a great vacation. Just steps from the beach and pool, even though we didn't even go to the pool this week, just the beach. We had a blast playing in the surf, catching sand fleas as the tide went back out, and chasing crabs at night!!! Would have liked to have wi fi to look up addresses for day trips, but we got by!!! I was also sorry to see The Green Turtle gone, we kinda liked it!!! Bottom line, great place to bring your family for a great vacation!!! The Cooksons Chester, SC June 30, 2012-July 7, 2012
