We are proud to offer this 3 bedroom oceanfront gem at West Maui's gated Puamana. This property is being offered for Lahaina workers in need of extended stay accommodations at discounted rates!

Coming off a gorgeous comprehensive remodel, this spacious oceanfront town home offers 3 full bedrooms and boasts stunning oceanfront views from its picturesque location only a few steps from Maui's shoreline.

The 3 full bedrooms are complemented by 2 full bathrooms and 2 additional half bathrooms. This townhome comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests with a sumptuous king size bed in each master bedroom and king size bed in the guest bedroom. The king size bed in the guest bedroom can be split into 2 XL twins at no extra charge. All 3 bedrooms offer brand-new luxury mattresses and bedding.

For additional sleeping capacity the brand-new queen sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps 2 and the brand-new full-size pullout in the guest bedroom sleeps 1 more guest.

Dial in the perfect indoor temperature for your party because all three bedrooms, as well as the downstairs area, feature brand-new climate controlled air conditioning.

Prepare meals or refreshments in the full modern kitchen with granite counters, custom wood cabinetry, brand-new appliances, and all the necessary cookware. This property is located in the Puamana gated beachfront community. Many areas and amenities of the community are no longer accessible due to the Lahaina fire of 2023. Should you choose to stay here, please be respectful and refrain from going into the other fire affected areas and taking pictures. There are many nice beaches, dining, and shopping options 10 minutes north in Kaanapali.

Absolutely wonderful
The view was incredible! The condo was very clean and well appointed. The sound of the ocean lulling us to sleep at night and starting our day having our morning coffee on the lanai absorbing the view was a wonderful bonus. Great location with the close access to Lahaina town was fabulous. Our only complaint was the cockroaches. We checked in right after the cleaning was completed yet we found several dead cockroaches in the living room and a few live ones as well. A live one was found in my granddaughters suitcase up on the 3rd floor. We know that goes along with being in the tropics but it was unnerving. That said, we did love staying at Puamana and would definitely stay there again. Very quiet and safe. Location and views can’t be beat!!!!

Perfect stay
Our favorite part was lounging on the patio every morning, afternoon, and evening while our 2 year old played on the grass. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly. The home is in a great location. Short drive to grocery stores; Front Street; and great beaches like Baby Beach, Kahekili Beach, Black Rock Beach and Ka’anapali Beach. 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Maui! We loved being ocean front and sitting either on the lanai or balcony and watching and listening to the waves! Condo was great, had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our group of 6! Puamana is a great location and we loved the deep water pool and close access to the beach right out back! House and property were extremely clean. Amazing view of the ocean and whales. The only negative thing was there were no cleaning supplies and the checkin email had the incorrect address. Security didn’t answer. Besides that, it was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely LOVE Puamana for myself and my now teen children. I have been coming to Puamana for over 40 years, first as a child myself, and then as an adult bringing my children. I have stayed in quite a few places within Puamana. Oceanfront is by far the best way to enjoy the property, if possible. Waking up to the sound of the waves immediately is transformative. This property was very clean, the main floor was nicely decorated, and the kitchen had pretty much everything (though I'm not a fan of all plastic serving dishes, etc). They had sharp knives (bonus points)! The property is located at the end of Puamana which depending on the visitor may or may not be optimal, as it's a bit of a walk to the pools, etc. This trip it was a good location, as we rented bikes for the week (highly recommend) and rode on the property--a beautiful way to take in all of Puamana. The upstairs bedrooms are fine. They are clean and the beds are amazingly comfy. I have stayed at other units that were more spacious. These rooms were a little cramped, for the price point, and the third-floor room was more of a loft scenario than what I was looking for. Again, if I hadn't stayed at other places, this would likely have been fine. For this price point I will return to my other spots (should there be availability--as they go quickly).

This property was perfect for our group. The view was breathtaking. The whales were a bonus we did not expect. The community it nice and quiet. The decor of the property was perfect for Maui. I will consider another visit.

Beautiful but fell short
Wonderful property overlooking the ocean it was decorated beautifully and furnishings were excellent. Floors were dirty, while leaf debris left for well over a week that we needed to sweep aside to enter the property. Bbq barely worked and drip tray not in the bbq which let all drippings spill all over the outer deck. Concerns brought to the attention of the property manager but no resolution with the BBQ although landscaping finally removed the debris a couple days prior to our departure.

Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage, die wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Die Inneneinrichtung insbesondere im Wohn/Essbereich sehr schön und mit Bedacht gewählt, der Blick aufs Meer inklusive Meeresrauschen und auch der Blick in die Berge unvergesslich. Dennoch bei entsprechend aufgerufenem Preis müssen unseres Erachtens ein paar (kleine) Abstriche angesprochen werden. Die Outdoormöbel entsprechen nicht dem versprochenen Standard und sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise kaputt/beschädigt bzw. nicht nutzbar (eine Liege z.B. gar nicht nutzbar aufgrund der bestehenden Beschädigung). Auf der Terrasse waren Fliesen kaputt, die an der Absatzkante ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen. Die Sitzmöbelauflagen könnten eine Reinigung oder einen Austausch vertragen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Plastikgeschirr. Das Haus war sauber, bei genauem Hinschauen gibt es an vielen Ecken allerdings Luft nach oben - Sandreste, staubige Ecken, Flecken auf der Couch, Waschbecken waren nicht richtig sauber und die Terrasse war auch nicht geputzt oder zumindest gefegt worden. Wir sind mit 3 Paaren + Säugling gereist, hierfür war der Platz vollkommen ausreichend, im oberen Schlafzimmer hätte auch noch ein Kind/Kinder auf der Ausziehcouch Platz gehabt, für 9 Erwachsene ist die Unterkunft aber nicht geeignet. Die Kritikpunkte haben unseren Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinflusst, aber bei diesem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (auch im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften vor Ort) erwarten wir einen etwas anderen Standard. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war exzellent und Fragen zur (An-) Reise wurden umgehend und sehr zuvorkommend beantwortet, die Check-In Informationen waren präzise und umfänglich. Die Vorort-Verwaltung (Front Office) der Puamana Community haben wir als sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit erlebt.

Everything you need in Maui and more. This is a lovely and comfortable beach front property, with sunset views every night. Quiet location. Meticulously maintained grounds. Perfect in every way for my family of four adults, but I noticed a port a crib and a high chair in the closets too.

Beautiful stay
We absolutely loved our stay at Puamana!! The unit was nice and clean when we arrived, and stocked with almost everything you could need (beach towels, beach chairs, a nice big cooler, hair dryers in each bathroom, laundry & dish detergent, etc.). The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need for cooking, we made quite a few meals there and used the grill on the downstairs patio. It was the perfect space for our group of 6 adults (mix of family and friends). One thing to note, the third bedroom on the top floor does not have a door, but it was private enough as it's the only room on that level. There's also no shower up there, which was fine as there are two on the middle level. The views are incredible. The downstairs patio is only steps away from the ocean and perfect for morning coffee listening to the waves, and the upstairs lanai has incredible views - as others have said you don't even need to leave the property for the best sunsets, we completely agree. We spent most evenings watching the sunsets there then star-gazing at night. It's absolutely beautiful and relaxing, the pictures actually don't do it justice. The entire property is gorgeous and pretty quiet, you don't feel like you're in a tourist area at all (which makes sense as a lot of the units are occupied by owners). The ocean-view pool was amazing, we spent a lot of time there. It is a "quiet pool" and the most shallow depth is 5 feet, so it was great for adults to relax & listen to the ocean. There is another pool on the property for children or guests who prefer a more lively atmosphere. The location was perfect for us - a quick uber or drive into nearby Lahaina, where we had a lot of fun exploring. Lots of cute shops and restaurants but not too touristy like a few of the other cities we visited. The weather was also perfect - never too windy and we only got rain once, while on other parts of the island there were days the wind was pretty wild and it rained more often. We did a lot of driving to other parts of the island for snorkeling, Road to Hana and some hikes, but were really glad we stayed in Lahaina. Maui Resort Rentals was very accommodating via phone and email and checked in throughout our stay to be sure everything was going smoothly. We loved our visit, and hope to come back again someday!!

The Perfect Vacation Spot
Our vacation renting this beautiful location was an answer to every prayer. The sunsets from this location were stunning, the accomodations, perfect. Response to questions was instant. Sitting on the peaceful beach every morning for quiet time was awe inspiring, listening to the waves as I slept. I cannot recommend this location enough and was such a blessing to stay there. No complaints. Maluhia is the Hawaiian word that comes to mind when describing our vacation. I hope I am using it correctly, I believe it means Peace, serenity; solemn awe and stillness, so thankful.
