Guest Room with King Bed for Rent
My spare bedroom is fully furnished with a King Bed and for rent in the suburb of Winchester. I will only consider single quiet individuals, no couples or children. No smoking, drugs or pets allowed! Also, if you choose to rent the room, visitors are not allowed on-premise. The monthly rent includes electric, gas, water, TV with Roku and WiFi. You will have full house privileges, which include a washer & dryer and adjacent bathroom. However, all your personal belongings must remain in the room you rent.
Free parking on the street.
The room is available for rent on a month to month basis as well. I am very particular about the type of roommate allowed in my home and will ask the tenant to find other accommodations if things do not work out.
I am a single, professional and very quiet. I have one dog (Siberian Husky) and cat(s). You will rarely see the cats as they stay mainly in my master bedroom.
