Lovely Week at Kee Mere

Great week at Kee Mere! We felt very safe being in a gated community. Layout is 2 living rooms flanked by 4 bedrooms & a well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms are nice–beds have large footboards (possible issue for tall folks). Best part is pool/deck area– pool is medium size w/ beautiful views (hot tub didn’t heat past pool temp). House is far back in Pedregal so walking into town is difficult but Ubers are plentiful & inexpensive–other than the airport, Flora Farms, etc. would recommend Uber vs. pre-booking vans. Pedregal Beach was great for sunset (all uphill on the way back). Driveway & stairs to house are very steep & could be an issue for mobility challenged guests. Groceries brought in pre-arrival were expensive–recommend doing a grocery delivery via Uber Eats instead upon arrival (note–delivery fees are listed in MXN). We had a chef for dinner & 2 lunches–vibe was more formal & appropriate for dinners but food at all meals was amazing. Concerge services felt more hands off than we are used to. While helpful pre-travel in with booking vans and recommending chef/activities when asked much of the booking/scheduling was left to us. At other houses, the concierge has handled all of that for us. There was also no “on site” concierge presence and we weren’t made aware of how to reach our concierge real time–everything was via email. All in all, this was a beautiful property, well maintained and nicely located. We enjoyed our stay and would consider it again in the future.

The place has beautiful views. Cold Air conditioning, warm pool. We cooked almost every meal at the house. Kitchen is functional.Only one small critique is there there is a new house being constructed next door… our last day included some jack hammers and saws. But we had a lovely family vacation from all parts of the USA.

Pedregal

This home is located in the amazing and very unusual area known as the Pedregal. Huge mansions abound. This edge of the area home is not new but is nicely done. It has a very steep driveway and many steps up to the pool/patio entrance area. The home is decorated well and all the bedrooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Each provided privacy. The pool and spa were a highlight of our stay and the view is spectacular. Many, many whales and boats. Bring your binoculars. A few things need updating or repair and the kitchen could be better equipped. But that said, we cooked and dined every day with no problems and ate at the huge dining room table. The trip was all we expected it to be and this home made it a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing vacation home!

We brought our family to Cabo for Christmas and had an amazing time. The home was gorgeous and the property managers were attentive and helpful. Everything about the stay was perfect. Can’t wait to visit Kee Mere again.

Fun Times!

Casa Kee Mere was a great stay for our group. The property is well kept, clean and safe and our Concierge Cynthia, made the stay very enjoyable with the planning of grocery shopping, chef dinners (delicious by the way), transportation to/from the airport and special transportation requests including taxis. She was also worked quickly for any maintenance requests we had and even sent us a gift of Tito's Vodka, we were running out lol! Alan is a great property manager, he came anytime we needed anything, our issues were very minor - bent umbrella holder on the patio, the sink garbage disposal and he fixed one of the TVs. I have elderly parents, so the ranch style of the house was great for them, especially my mom and another guest. The only negative for Casa Kee Mere are the steps going up the driveway, there is no rail and the driveway itself is pretty steep. Just something to keep in mind if you travel with older adults or younger children. The pool and spa were great and the views from Kee Mere are absolutely gorgeous, we all had a wonderful and very restful time. I would definitely stay there again with a group.

Cabo bachelor retreat

The stay was amazing and the house was great! Way bigger than I had expected from the pictures. The pictures do not do it justice, it's even better in person. Such great views from the house and the pool was perfect temp. The road in and out of pedregal to the house was longer than I had anticipated but was not a problem, we had a driver who was great! The only complaints I heard from the group was that there was not hot water in the guest bathrooms, in the master bath I did have hot water though. Would love to come back!

Amazing pool and views!

The villa was stunning! We were visiting Cabo for a girls trip and really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfortable, the living spaces and kitchen were clean and and spacious, and the pool/ hot tub and outdoor area was amazing! We spent lots of time outside taking in the view! We also coordinated having outside chefs come in and cook for us. Would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful way to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was well appointed and beautiful with amazing views of the Pacific. The best was the added service of the concierge, Cynthia. She made sure we had transportation, groceries and excellent cooks. What a wonderful time we had!

View cannot be beat! Gorgeous house

We stayed here for a girls trip and fell in love with this house and the pool/hot tub area. Would stay again. But would forgo having property supply groceries; very high cost and we were expected to pay the $700 bill in cash (both of which are on us for not clarifying prices and cash requirement). The chair in one of the rooms was broken as well as the dishwasher (rack portion) but both were minor. We felt very secure in the neighborhood. Although one tip….Uber drivers had a hard time finding us and navigating back to the property. Put KeeMere (without a space) in the address it helps a lot with GPS.

Beautiful villa overlooking ocean that lived up to the pictures on the website! It was perfect for entertaining, for hanging out at the pool and in the pool, and easy walk to private beach. Cynthia the property manager and Allen who handled orientation and onsite maintenance were so friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Honest Review

Place was ideal for what we needed. First thing you notice is the view. Amazing view from an amazing pool. The pool was also deep, so that made it nice for adults. The set up of the property was awesome. The L shape inside made everyone have a great view and access to the pool. The house had plenty of space. The person limit is more determined by the sleeping arrangement then the house size. The place had 2 separate hang out areas. Two really cool things about the place were the outside bathroom and the extra drink fridge. Being able to have things delivered before you arrive was a huge plus. I have read some reviews that complained about the gate and distance from downtown. Yes it's kind of an extra step, but one for your safety. The kitchen wasn't brand new, but it was very nice and had everything you needed. Maybe only a new dishwasher would of made it any better. The beach is a 10 min walk, and has amazing views and waves. Very private mostly because you are unable to swim. Overall it was a great vacation and would highly recommend the place if it's what you are looking for in a rental.
