Excellent stay in beautiful condo!

The condo is very new and quite large in a fantastic development in Ixtapa. The owner was very attentive to our needs ; there were a couple issues that were handled immediately. Extremely happy with our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat. Even getting to Zihua was a short taxi/bus ride.Beach across the street is world class, and many great restaurants nearby. As I mentioned, the condo is new so all the appliances are beautiful, the beds are super comfy and the furniture looks awesome!

Great place and loved the facility.

This condo is everything you could want, clean, spacious and the other residents are extremely friendly. We, being new to Ixtapa, needed to know the places to go. One couple even took the time to take us via the local bus to the grocery store in Zihuatanejo, over and above helpful. The owners were extremely helpful and swift in replying to emails and providing all the information we requested. Highly recommended.

This unit was purchased recently by my wife and I for our retirement, but we're still awhile aways. we've decided to rent it for now and use it on occassion. Hopefully, you'll enjoy it as much as we do. We've been going to Ixtapa for over 15 years and this is where we concluded to be the best spot. Of course, that's our biased opinion.

Why they chose this property

We've been visiting Ixtapa for vacation for over 15 years and finally decided to settle into this condo after much research. It's not an investment per se, it's really where we want to retire to. So, you can fully appreciate that the unit is going to be well established, well situated, and well cared for.

What makes this property unique

The fact that it's soooo close to everything, yet NOT in the MIDDLE of everything. It's the best of any vacation spot one can dream of.
