In a small calm and sunny building, apartment of 27m² completely renovated in 2014 on the raised ground floor with garden, fully equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated. 'To be at home.' Close to all amenities. 5 minutes from the banks of the Marne, 10 minutes from the Bois de Vincennes, 20 minutes from Paris and 45 minutes from the Disneyland Park.
A second apartment in the same building 'Rive Droite' is also available for rental and allows you to rent with family or friends up to 8 people.

La gérante était vraiment très agréable et à nos petits soins. L'appartement est bien agencé. CA nous suffisait pour les 2 nuits que nous avions à faire.

Stützpubkt für Ausflüge nach Paris

Catherine ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, sie hat auf meine Bitte hin einen Parkplatz besorgt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut durchdacht. Trotz wenig Platz fehlt es kaum an etwas. Leider ist die angegebene Klimaanlage ein mobiles Gerät, das nicht benutzt werden kann, da die Abluft nicht sinnvoll abgeleitet werden kann. Deshalb müssen nachts unbedingt alle Fenster weit geöffnet werden, was sehr viele Mücken anlockt. Hier wären eine echte Klimaanlage oder Fliegengitter mehr als sinnvoll. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker, die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Leider ist die Wohngegend gerade durch eine sehr große Baustelle belegBaustelle entstellt.

Bezaubernde Ferienwohnung

Sehr saubere gepflegte Ferienwohnung in guter Lage, Bus direkt vor der tür wo man in 10 min an der Metrostation ist. Parkplatz vorhanden und kaufmöglichkeiten um die ecke. Disneyland 20-25 Autominuten entfernt. Wir werden die Wohnung auf jeden fal weiterempfehlen und selbst wieder besuchen wenn wir wieder nach Paris reisen.

Sehr schöne, saubere kleine Wohnung etwas außerhalb von Paris. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche, immer erreichbare Gastgeberin!

The title of the rental property tells you everything

Just like the title for the rental place says, it is indeed two steps from Paris: one step is to take the bus just by side of the house, and the second step is to get off the bus at the terminal and take RER to Paris. Catherine is a nice and graceful lady who waited for us and signed us in for the four nights stay despite that we arrived after 8 PM. With her instructions on how to use the public transportation, our stay is a happy one.

Abenteuer Paris

Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft und mit Catherine eine so umsichtige Gastgeberin, die wir am liebsten mit nach Deutschland genommen hätten. Für Familien mit Kindern im Teenageralter ist es eine gute Idee, außerhalb einer Metropole wie Paris zu wohnen. Die Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel lernen sie nirgends besser. Wir würden es wieder so machen.

Lovely host far from city

Wonderful accommodating host. Was responsive and lives on site. Photos show more than the apartment as there are multiple apartments in the building so go by description and not photos. One double bed and one pull out couch for double in the kitchen. Takes one bus, one train and a metro to get into Paris, about 50 Minutes. At night taxis and uber don’t want to take you back because it’s too far away (and expensive $130 euros). No cafes or food close by, located in busy street. Lovely outside garden you can use.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit guten öffentlichen Anbindungen

Wir haben uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt und alles war sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und immer schnell erreichbar. Es hat uns gefreut, dass wir sogar vor dem Check in unseren Koffer schon im Haus abstellen konnten. Wir hatten bei Ankunft eine größere Wohnung erhalten. Diese war natürlich anders als auf den Bildern, aber es hat uns als Familie zugesagt. Alles okay. Die Gastgeberin hatte uns morgens liebevoll mit sehr leckerem französischem Gebäck versorgt. Man hatte sich gleich wie im Urlaub gefühlt. Restaurant, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt fußläufig vorhanden. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt.

Séjour Parfait

Nous avons choisi Catherine et ses appartements pour sa proximité avec l'Accor Arena et aussi car elle n'avait que d'excellents commentaires. Et on comprend pourquoi. Catherine est une hôte d'une gentillesse remarquable et d'une attention incroyable. Ces deux jours passés dans son appartement au premier étage, grand et spacieux, au charme d'antan, ont été très très agréables. La place de parking dans la petite cour c'est réellement un plus. Sans hésitation lorsque nous reviendrons sur Paris pour des concerts ou autres c'est chez Catherine que nous logerons de nouveau.

It was amazing ! Beautiful apartment and we had a really amazing time. Catherine greeted us in the best way and she was so kind and nice. Un court séjour en région parisienne

Très agréablement surpris par cette accueil chaleureux et sincère par notre hôte, des douceurs à notre arrivée et viennoiserie ou pain frais pour le petit déjeuner la vraie classe à la française d'autrefois qui se perd malheureusement....merci Catherine merci à sa famille... vous avez eue une très belle éducation qui nous rappelle étrangement les mots de nos parents.. bonne continuation et certainement à une prochaine fois.... mon figuier va bien... 😊😊😊

Perfect setup

We had a little trouble with initial contact once we were there… I ended up activating my phone account to contact. The place is absolutely gorgeous, but not in Paris proper. I want to stay there again. It has all + necessary accommodations. The host and her sister were extremely kind and generous. I do hope to return and stay at their place again. Thank you So much Catherine and Christine!!!

Mon séjour d’une semaine à Champigny

Passant un concours sur Paris, je cherchais un appartement bien placé, proche des transports en commun et possédant un extérieur. Tous les critères étaient remplis pour l’appartement que m’a gentiment loué Catherine. L’accueil a été chaleureux, le jardin était top et l’appartement fonctionnel. Je recommande.

Idéal pour un week-end en dehors de Paris !

Commodités à proximité, la Marne passe pas loin non plus pour pouvoir se balader ! Jardin agréable, cuisine équipée et propriétaire disponible ! C'est peut-être un peu serré pour 4, sauf si vous ne prévoyez pas de passer beaucoup de temps en intérieur !

Calme et bien aménagé

Très jolie location prêt de Paris avec toutes les commodités à proximité et dans un quartier calme. La location correspond totalement à la description. L'appartement est petit, mais très fonctionnel, l'espace est optimisé, c'est un bel aménagement dans un coquet immeuble un peu ancien. La propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse, merci encore pour le petit déjeuner du premier jour. Elle a préparé un petit livret pense bête avec toutes les infos utiles pour la durée du séjour et de nombreux prospectus au cas où les idées de balades viendraient à manquer. A recommander à tous ceux qui veulent visiter Paris et ses environs sans stress.

Hemos estado una semana en este magnífico apartamento. Tenía mis dudas a la hora de alquilarlo principalmente porque no tenía ningún comentario y es un factor importante, pero quizá la razón sea que lleva poco tiempo en alquiler así que seré la primera en comentar mi experiencia. A parte de que es precioso y está decorado con mucho gusto (es exactamente igual que en las fotos) nos hemos sentido como en casa. No falta un detalle está superequipado. La propietaria muy amable en todo momento. Del desayuno de bienvenida, que decir! todo un detalle. Todo nuevo, limpio y de calidad. El jardín precioso también y muy cuidado. Buena ubicación y conexión con París. Aparcamiento en la propia puerta y todo lo que necesites alrededor. Sin duda repetiría y recomendaría a cualquiera. Una experiencia muy bonita y agradable. Gracias a Cristine y a su marido ya que a Catherine no la llegamos a conocer. Gracias por todo.
