Sip your morning coffee on the private balcony while people-watching the main drag below. You'll have plenty of room for meal preparation with the rental's kitchen and two kitchenettes, including several fridges and microwaves.

Take care of laundry with a private washer and dryer. Gather around one of the condo's four cable TVs for a movie night, or simply unwind with the provided free WiFi. This rental is made up of several suites that can be rented separately for smaller groups. Street parking is available.

Great stay

We rented all three rooms for 9 people. Each couple had their own room but one couple shared with the 9th person on the pull out. It worked perfectly. I definitely recommend. Justin in the office was of great help with the code did t work on one door upon check in. Everyone said they would stay here again.

Excellent location, unit A spacious and well appointed

Nice place with 3 separate units upstairs. Unit A roomy and well done. Unit B much smaller and unit C is a basic hotel type room so a little differ than what is listed but a nice complex.

Needs some TLC

Nice lay out but needs some upkeep. Some of the shades were inoperable. The Air con was leaking severely in unit A and made the door stick and hard to lock. We had to put down multiple towels. Unit C's hot water did not work. They came and fixed it the next day but it went back out the night before we left. We had no hot water for 3 of the 5 days we were there. Also, the main door from the outside going into all the units had a hole about the size of a baseball in it. All that being said its a nice lay out but really needs some TLC

Issues

Code to check in was not provided. Upon arrival, one of the rooms was unlocked. Furniture is worn. Proprietary alarm system went off in the middle of the night and there were no instructions on how to disengage. Vacasa was of no help. Overpriced for the inconveniences. No apologies or follow-up whatsoever.

Destination wedding

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together for a destination wedding. This was the perfect spot for couples! Each room had privacy with its own bathroom, could individually lock, but we could all come together in the common space and balcony area. We loved the balcony overlooking Duvall to drink coffee in the morning and to people watch at night. This is on the quieter end of Duvall so there’s not too much noise. Great cafes and a convenience store just around the corner. We loved our stay here and other guests of the wedding were jealous of our location and space!

Great place to stay!

Good location right on Duval. Very comfy and spacious. Our 3 couples had their own entrances and separate spaces, which was very nice and private. The common shared spaces were also good sized and comfy. We especially enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and evenings for a little fresh air and crowd watching. 5 stars!

Great Customer Service and Accommodations!

We came here for a girls weekend, and there was enough space for the 8 of us. When we arrived the house was very clean, and provide all the amenities listed. It was nice to see extra paper towels, extra trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and kitchen soap readily available. The office called us the next day just to check-in to ensure everything was okay, and we actually had an issue with the AC in one of the units, but they came out IMMEDIATELY to fix the problem. The customer service here is great, the location is great, and the house was perfect. We appreciate you housing us!

Great place for 3 couples

Each couple had their own unit, but we were able to be together for meals and games in the largest unit. Great restaurants were just around the corner. The property managers were amazing in light of the Covid-19 crisis that developed during our stay. We intended to stay for 3 night and had paid in advance for 3 nights, but everything began to close the first day we arrived. At the end of the second day, we decide to vacate a day early and get home ASAP. I called Vacasa and told them we were leaving a day early and just wondered if there might be some accommodation in light of the global pandemic. They agreed to give us a day’s credit for a future stay, which I accepted as a generous offer. By the time we got home, an email was waiting that thanked me for our stay and said I would be receiving a credit on my credit card for the night instead of future stay credit because of my patience and understanding during my conversation. Wow, that truly exceeded my expectations, Thanks Vacasa!

Perfect Key West Penthouse for Groups

A group of friends went to key west to attend a friend's wedding and we stumbled on this gem! It was awesome because there are three separate suites and a main living area to share! Full kitchen too! It's the perfect balance of staying with friends and still having your privacy! Loved it! The amenities were wonderful too.... I've stayed at other rental places that don't have much for toiletries and literally 1 roll of toilet paper haha... Vacasa gave us plenty of TP and tons of basic toiletries, various towels, beach towels, and basic essentials! Much appreciated!

Best Christmas Ever!

The space was perfect for the 6 of us......plenty of gathering room but plenty of privacy too. The holiday spirit in Key West was such a bonus for the whole family. Highly recommend!
