the room is private & low quality. bed was terrible; ended up with a pulled muscle in my back. a/c unit was unable to cool the room in 3 days. shower was low flow.

Key West Vacation

The location was good with access to many things, events, and places of interest. Loved the fact we could have our dog. The dog beach was very close with breath taking sunsets. The room was fair but could use some improvement of features and some resources. Got loud one night due to our neighbors having an after-hours party!!

Amazing location

Location was perfect! Two blocks from beach an amazing grocery deli! Minutes from Duval St with great bars and restaurants. The room was extremely private, quiet and very clean!

Nice location!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to Duval Street and a touring trolley. The private little alley was nice. It had every thing we needed, and the room was clean. We had difficulty accessing the room with the key pad. Maybe it just needed a new battery. The mattress seemed a little old and lumpy. Overall, the room was nice. Parking was not available, so we paid for parking on the street.

Comfortable and convenient

Overall a nice, comfortable place to stay. Loud refrigerator noise when the compressor stopped so definitely need that replaced. Once unplugged, problem solved. Great Cuban breakfast place next door and convenient location.

Amazing

Everything about this place was perfect. The location was near everything, incredibly close to everything in the area. Its walking distance from everywhere you want to be, check in was easy. The hot tub was amazing. The view from the room is amazing. I loved the privacy, it was so much nicer than being at a resort

Beautiful property! Very close to the beach!

It is a great property! very clean and nice for two people to stay in. The bar opposite to the property is lovely. The only scariest part of staying at this property were the Iguanas! Oh myyyyyy there are sooooo many of them and don't know where they suddenly pop up from! I think the management should look into it because it was crazy. Everything else was very nice :) Loved our stay at Seagull.

Loved our stay!

This place was a great location! Close to the beach and Duvall street. The place was nice and quiet, tucked back in its own little area. The staff was AMAZING, so super friendly and checked on us to ensure everything was great. We will stay here again when we come back to the keys!

We stayed here 4 nights. This place was the perfect mix of convenience, solitude, and efficiency. It is close to so much, yet tucked away making it a little hard to find. But once you do, this suite will serve a couple well.

Be aware of no parking or beach access

I think I was only disappointed because I assumed I could Park somewhere & go to the beach. You have to Park on the street & pay & arm & leg. Also Beach access is very limited. Not impressed by Key West beaches though. Everything else is great.

Great location in key West

This little place was a great location. Walking distance to the popular sites. a great little cuban place on the corner. I loved that the cottage was not on the main street, but hidden behind some other buildings. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We could hear a little noise, but it was never a big deal and we still slept great. Would highly recommend.

Great Location, But…

I can’t say enough good things about the location; a block from Duval at the southernmost end, easy walking to shops and restaurants, steps away from the #11 trolley stop. We had to park on the street, and it was metered. Residential (free) parking was probably available relatively nearby, but my husband can’t walk very far. The metered parking as very expensive. On the downside, the studio was quite a bit smaller than I expected. I was very glad we were only staying 2 nights, because I would have gone insane trying to cook any kind of meal on a 6-foot long (including the cooktop) counter. But the “kitchenette” was surprisingly well stocked with pans, plates, etc. There wasn’t a dish drainer, though, and the refrigerator was missing some shelves. The single-cup coffee maker has to go! People want to brew a pot of coffee! Not enough electric outlets, and given how everything in our lives requires charging nowadays, this was an issue. There was something wrong with either the TV or the remote. I think the bed was a higher-end air mattress; at least it felt and sounded like one. BUT I slept very well both nights we were there. The air conditioner was directly over the bed, cycled constantly and was quite noisy. My husband complained that cold air was blowing on his neck. There were plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. provided. The studio was very clean except for some kinda disgusting hair rollers under the sink. I notified the host about that. Overall, I was disappointed. This unit was quite expensive, and the only thing really going for it is that great location.

Great location in Old Town Key West

You cannot ask for a better location, so close to everything Old Town has to offer, beaches, the state park, yet quiet and peaceful in a tucked away location. Seagull Suite was very clean upon our arrival.
